Drama. Maakt de vloer niet helemaal schoon, batterij na 2 keer gebruiken exteem vlug leeg, kan het oplaadstation niet goed vinden, loopt continue vast, afstandbediening richting aangeven werkt niet. Echt een drama apparaat dus koop het niet. CS van Litroux is ook niet ok. Ik wil mijn geld terug maar ze blijven standaard antwoorden geven over hoe ik het apparaat moet gebruiken. Ben er al 5 maanden mee bezig. Kreeg zelf een mail in het Italiaans. Ze zijn ook niet telefonisch bereikbaar. Manager/CEO nergens te vinden. Komt zeer onbetrouwbaar op mij over.

Le robot aspirateur n'a jamais marché on n'a jamais pu l' allumer. Ils n' ont pas voulu me le changer. N' achetez jamais sur ce site !

J'ai acheté l'aspirateur et sous le délai légal, j'ai demandé le retour de ce dernier. Ils m'ont proposé 14 % de remise ce que j'ai finallement voulu accepter après avoir échouée même assistée de mon assistance juridique pour le retour et remboursement intégral. Et là ils m'informent que l'achat datant de plus de 6 mois le dédommagement de 14% n'est pas possible.
Bref un achat à ne pas faire.

Además, el vendedor no respeta el derecho de desistimiento y no te devuelven el dinero poniendote mil pegas.

Leider ist 1 Stern noch zu viel... der wisch/saugroboter kann garnix. Ich habe 219 Euro für Müll bezahlt. Hatte über klarna bezahlt, selbst da passierte nix. 14 Tage wiederrufsrwcht, gibt es dort auch nicht. Saugt der Roboter den ganzen tag, kannst immer noch abends den richtigen staubsauger auspacken und selber saugen. Der Dreck bleibt liegen. Er schießt ihn von links nach rechts. Er fährt wie er lustig ist. Hört auf,wenn er keine Lust mehr hat, obwohl Akku noch voll ist. Habe versucht mein geld wieder zubekommen. Mit Fotos und Videos. Man antwortete immer nur, bitte sagen sie uns was wir verbessern können. Ja mein geld hätte ich gern zurück . Wenn ich die Arbeit doch alleine machen muss. Er steht 5 min mitten im Raum und dreht nur seine kleinen bürsten. Kundenservice ist ne Katastrophe so wie klarna.com.... ganz ehrlich? Spart euch das Geld. Günstigere sind besser!!! Nicht zu empfehlen

I’ve been using this robot vacuum for a few months, and it’s been fantastic for daily cleaning. It effectively picks up dust and pet hair from hardwood floors and carpets. The scheduling feature allows it to clean while I work, so I come home to a clean house. It’s also easy to empty and maintain. Overall, it's made my life so much easier!

We ordered our robot vacuum cleaner on the German store (litroux-de.com). We nearly lost 220€. When we asked to cancel the order before the delivery was confirmed, the representative for Litroux behaved very suspiciously. She insisted that a termination is not possible, unlikely given that the device hadn't yet been picked up.

Nonetheless we got our money back—but only with the help of the bank. In the Single European Payment Area a card payment can be reversed within eight weeks.

** Deceptive trading practices **

The robots that "Litroux" advertises are not theirs. The robots in the images on the website have the real manufacturer's name, "Liectroux". The real website behind "Litroux" is Glaciermart. Ironically, on that website and not on Litroux-de.com the name on the vacuum cleaners has been deceptively replaced with "Litroux".

** Many websites, many languages, many chances to deceive **

Litroux has websites under various domains for all kinds of European languages (litroux-it.com, litroux-fr.com, litroux-no.com, litroux-dk.com, litroux-se.com, litroux-fi.com, litrouxrobot-es.com, etc.). Meanwhile the people behind "Litroux" are actually based in Hong Kong, which can be seen in the metadata of the emails they send as well as the description of the debit on our bank account, whereas warehouses sit in Poland.

The German website went offline after we bought our robot cleaner, by the way. The French one was down, too.

** How we got our money back **

First of all, don't panic. The earlier you act, the better. The seller will behave as if there is nothing anyone can do. This is just a gambit to discourage you from taking things further.

Do the following:

1. *Request a cancellation and refund by email.* It is better, I think, to have something written that shows you tried to engage with the company.

2. *Object to the charge on your account with your bank.* If your bank is in SEPA, the debit on your account, even if it has already been executed, can be reversed within 8 weeks. ING allows you to object to a charge on the website. The bank will then request a return of the money.

4. *Do not accept the package if it arrives.*

** What we did **

1. On Saturday 31st August we bought the cleaner and immediately received a confirmation of the order.

2. On Wednesday 4th September, having received nothing more, we got cold feet. We read the reviews here on TrustPilot. We looked closer at the website. It became clearer that we had fallen for a con. Immediately we requested a cancellation and refund. We also objected to the charges on our account on the grounds that our card was fraudulently used.

Later we discovered that the package had not yet been picked up by UPS.

3. On Thursday 5th September at 05:14, Litroux's representative Cindy told us that cancellation is not possible for logistical reasons and technical reasons related to the warehouse. At 12:36 that day, the packet was picked up by UPS from the warehouse in Poland.

4. On the morning of Friday 6th September Cindy finally sent us a tracking number. She said we can follow the shipping on 17track.net. It was a UPS number, so actually it could be followed on the UPS website.

5. That morning I phoned UPS and requested that they cease the delivery and return the package to the sender. When asked why, I gave fraud as the reason. UPS marked the package to be returned to sender.

6. At midday we received the full amount back thanks to our bank.

7. On Saturday morning (today) we were informed by Litroux that we would receive the full amount after 40 Euros had been deducted for the shipping.

Denne roboststøvsugeren er fantastisk! Den har utmerket rengjøringsevne, unngå hindringer godt og er superenkel å bruke. Jeg er veldig fornøyd med den. Designet på denne robotstøvsugeren er også veldig vakkert.

Der Roboterstaubsauger verfügt über mehrere Reinigungsmodi, sodass ich denjenigen auswählen kann, der meinen Anforderungen am besten entspricht. Das ist sehr praktisch.

The robot hoover is not as described and for nearly £200 is pretty disappointing, it sucks up dust but that’s it, no bits of fluff or hair or the usual debris you expect when hoovering. My husband can no longer hoover due to illness so keeping it but I need to pick up bits off the carpet after it’s done it’s job several times. As for customer service, it’s laughable. They asked for a video and saw it underperforming but offered no solution, just that’s the way it is, with a nonchalant ‘cheers’ at the the end. Disappointing product and appalling customer service.

Unfortunately there is no minuses to give them. Have bee trying to return the robot but Litroux is employing every trick in the book for delaying tactics. The machine goes round in circles does not do the job properly. Fortunately my AMEX refunded me. Avoid them like the plague. I will be contacting the Tradings Standards Agency.

This robot vacuum is amazing for pet owners! It sucks up all the pet hair and keeps my house so clean. I love that it goes back to the charge by itself when the battery is low-it's super convenitent.

Terrible, tried to get my money back for a broken robot, no help or support received. Please watch out where you put your money!!

Unfortunately, I can across a fake positive review before I saw all of the generally poor reviews on Trust Pilot. I got sucked into to the ‘order quick as they run out of stock quickly’ - I feel such an idiot. I tried to cancel the order as soon as I’d placed it but got no response from the Support email. I emailed several times but received an email saying it had been shipped. I think tried emailing the support email to get it returned. It arrived 3 days later from a UK warehouse in Dunstable. I tried contacting the company again to return the unsealed box - was offered a 3% discount as sending it back to China is expensive, I declined this but still no details on how to return to their UK warehouse. Contacted Consumer Standards, the sign posted me to the UK International Cyber Security Centre - who discovered they had a UK office in their T&Cs called DD ESmart Ltd - so have been signposted back to Consumer Standards. This is a scam company and I won’t give up until something is done about them.

Bought one 6 months ago had second thoughts almost Immediately Informed the company within hours of purchase was told to return it witch I did and have proof it was signed for still waiting for refund. Just get bank is checking. Poor customer relations.
