Schlechte Erfahrung mit Litroux Staubsaugerroboter und Kundenservice

Ich habe im Januar einen Litroux Staubsaugerroboter bestellt und im Februar ein defektes Gerät erhalten. Der Roboter zeigt konstant eine Fehlermeldung vom Klippensensor an, was ihn unbrauchbar macht. Trotz mehrmaligem Kontakt und Zusendung aller angefragten Videos möchte Litroux den Sauger nicht austauschen. Stattdessen werde ich immer wieder gebeten, dasselbe Material einzureichen. Der Kundenservice ist enttäuschend, und eine Lösung scheint nicht in Sicht. Ich würde Litroux nicht weiterempfehlen.

Stofzuiger werkte super maar is na een tijdje in een storing gegaan, waarschijnlijk omdat deze te leeg was.
Ik ben door de klantenservice aan het lijntje gehouden tot dat ik geen garantie meer had.
Later is de stofzuiger het uit zichzelf weer gaan doen maar na een paar maanden weer in dezelfde storing gegaan.
Erg jammer want het was een super stofzuiger.

The robot cleaner gets stuck everywhere, under furniture, on top of rugs. When I spoke to customer service, only on emails, they said how hard and how expensive it is to return, so just to put up with it. I had a week when it didn’t work at all, they basically told me, maybe it is not suitable for my house, too many obstacles. I would not recommend this company or its products. I wasted $300
Backup service is awful

Biggest waste of money ever. No support and no response when I wanted a refund. Would not complete a mapped area of the house which is a small area. Stops at random areas as well and bangs into everything.

I saw a "review site" which put this product top and was significantly cheaper. Slick website too. I ordered on a Sunday but changed my mind overnight. Monday morning I emailed to cancel but was told "too late already shipped" like many others have said then came the complete avoidance of providing a way to send it back urging me to keep it or give it as a gift if I didn't want it! It did turn up but I really didn't want it and still the avoidance continued. In the end, my credit card company refunded me as I sent them the email chain of me stating I wanted an address to return it but they kept saying I had to send to China and pay fees so not worth it. The returns policy on the website breaks UK consumer law.

Het product is nog niet eens 1 ster waard. Wat een verschrikkelijke miskoop.
De eerste weken deed de stofzuiger het best goed maar daarna viel het product constant in een storing. Het contact met de klantenservice is ronduit slecht. Ze houden je verschrikkelijk aan het lijntje en er gebeurt niets. Nu na een half jaar is er nog niets gebeurd. Het apparaat gaat bij mij de kilo in!
Oja je denkt een Europees merk te kopen maar het komt echt uit China!
Wees gewaarschuwd!

While this looks like a good idea on paper, the reality is i watched this painfully navigate my kitchen for about half an hour. It got stuck on everything, I had to follow it around to move things out of the way. Technically this made the point of it redundant. It's no time saver unless you have no furniture, stairs, obstacles.
I reached out to arrange to return it to be told 2 days later, that I'd have to return it to China at my own expense plus some 15% charge on top for which I still fail to understand
Given that this is clearly shipped from a warehouse in the UK it is clear to me this is an underhand way to prevent you getting a refund.
I have been offered 3% back to keep it though. Absolutely feeling quite scammed
Will need to see if I can get a charge back case going as I don't feel like I have any alternative.
Please avoid buying from them. This detail about returns are not advertised and is highly unscrupulous

Presumably to disengage themselves from all the poor reveiws Litroux have on Trustpilot, they have renamed themselves as LITROBOTS.

As a pet owner, this robot vacuum has been a lifesaver! I deal with pet hair every day, but with this, I just set it to clean regularly, and my floors stay clean. The suction is really strong and picks up all the little hairs, making my life so much easier.

Avoid. Do not buy.
Vacuum is of very poor quality, does not work as advertised. My vacuum would try to climb the skirting boards and would consider them as obstacles. Stayed on for 2 hours and only cleaned half of the living room and seemed to not to be working properly at all.
Brushes were damaged pretty much straight away after using it twice.
Customer service is shocking too, they do not seem willing to engage. I have sent several emails and I had a reply back full of excuses and several english mistakes too.

Got scammed. tried to cancel order right away but no reply! They dont reply at all to my emails. And only contact to them is by Email !!! :(
They even had false test review in googles sponsored ads. i reported the google about the site. PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!

This robot vacuum is a lifesaver! I used to dread mopping the floors, but now I just set it up to clean while I'm at work. When I come home, the floors are spotless, and it totally lifts my mood.

It appears that these are scammers, the product is delivered no invoice no paperwork etc. The product is of poor working quality.
There is no way to contact them except through a support page on web page. They say they reply in 24 hrs. Several messages later no replies, and they say if you dont comply to tineframe for return they wont accept return, appears these are the delay tactics being used. Stay clear, bank now dealing with situation.

I recently got myself a robot vacuum and it's been absolutely amazing! Coming home to a messy floor after a long day at work used to be a hassle, but now I just press a button and this little guy starts cleaning the house. It saves me so much time and effort!

I am looking at these reviews to decide whether to buy the product or not... it seems that there is a scam company that sends out crappy ones but there is also a legit option. would you guys please write in your reviews where you purchased from so we can avoid being scammed, thanks

Anything you buy on line may be returned with full refund within 14 days. No reason needs to be given. They call themselves Litroux UK and despite posting it from the UK they say you have to return to China! AND pay all the expenses that incurs! Of course no one would be foolish enough to throw more good money away. No bona fide company would treat its customers like this. Oh and they offered me 3% back! I don't know if any company apart from scan ones who behave like this. I've put it in the hands of MasterCard. Has anyone been successful under the Clawback? Like a fool I checked TrustPilot after putting in the order and despite writing to cancel,. Within minutes, it had already been posted !! Within minutes ??!! We need to ensure this type of scam is shut down. Since speaking to others I understand there are many companies using this type of scam, insisting the goods are returned to China and offering silly percentages. They are breaking the law.
