Really difficult to deal with
Really difficult to deal with - billing arrangment is difficult - too complicated and convoluted. Secretaries do not seem to speak much ENglish. No directions given to get to clinic in Battersea Power STation. On my first visit I was immediately asked if I had paid bills for things I had not had - no welcome, just a demand for money. IMpression was of a greedy money grabbing organisation. Maybe slanted towards Arabic patients.

The administrative staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the radiographer was delightful! She explained exactly what was going to happen and was very informative and reassuring throughout the scan.It was a very pleasant environment and I felt very well looked after.

Thorough, practical and trustworthy
Mr Woods comes across as very trustworthy. He carried out a thorough review and established that, in fact, my child had normal tone and movements of the tongue and didn't require an invasive frenectomy (which was advised inappropriately at another, dental practice).

Definitely a trustworthy medical care centre to visit
I used to live in London and now i am living in Paris. Dr. Bora was my fertility doctor before and I trust her so much! So this time back to London I booked her consulting with LIPS healthcare. It was a great experience and everything just went so efficient! She is so kind as usual and I feel so comfortable with the LIPS as well: modern, professional, hospitable… make patients feel not only professional but cozy. Appreciated Dr. Bora and highly recommended LIPS.
