The care in the hospital was great. Nurses and physios were great. But the pre operation admin was terrible, the repeated need to reregister, the amount and pointlessness of the emails I get sent before the procedure, garbage requests by email which aren't even in proper English. An organisation like HCA which sets itself out as world class needs to sort its admin out.

Lovely staff, modern, clean place and great doctor. Thank you.

Made demands for information already provided directly to the consultant, no references to who they were or what they were doing.
The call had all the traits of a classic scam call trying to extract info from me.

His wide experience and clinical expertise provide the best solutions, while his personal relational skills inspire confidence and trust.
