I returned my order as the items didn’t fit me. It’s 2weeks now and I haven’t had confirmation of the return. The parcel was tracked and delivered ! I also have proof of posting through Asda. I have emailed twice to customer care but had no response. Very angry. UPDATE.
After receiving a reply from Paige and sending all the details requested via their email link, I have still not had a reply, I have now had to start an investigation with Klarna. Why aren’t you guys getting emails????

I returned a bra that did not fit. I had to pay the postage myself as there was no returns label. It was returned on 20th April 2020. I have still NOT recieved any refund (it's now 27th July). I appreciate that due to the pandemic, there might be delays processing returns, but they should not be trading if they cannot carry out ALL aspects of their business. Prior to this happening, I always considered the store to be good. I will not be purchasing anything again from Lingerie Outlet Store.

I placed an order on June 28th for four items, the money was taken from my account but no confirmation of the order was sent. I followed up the next day via the web form and email asking if the order had been received and was being processed.

No response..

To date the order hasn’t arrived nor have I received notification of dispatch.

I have heard nothing back 10 days later so at least for me the merchant response to other poor ratings that they answer all queries in 24 hours isn’t true.

I’ve resent my order query by the web form on their .co.uk website today and also to their sales email address once again.

So, to summarise. I placed an order on June 28th 2020, they deducted the money from my account. They haven’t sent me order confirmation or dispatched the order and have ignored my emails and contact via their web form. And the icing on the cake? The welcome discount code I used for my first order wasn’t applied either.

On the bright side I used my credit card to place the order so can initiate a charge back if I don’t hear back from them. I’d suggest if you are doing business with this company you do the same and let Visa or MasterCard sort out any problems you may have with them if they don’t respond to your attempts to contact them after failure to deliver the goods you’ve been charged for.

Poor customer service. My order never arrived. I emailed the company and they stated that they would resend it. I emailed again a numerous times but no one bothered to reply to my emails. I will not be buying or recommending this company to anyone. Waste of time and money.

I ordered on April 26 and have received no real updates on the whereabouts of my packages. I have emailed their customer service and never received a reply. I DMed them on Instagram and was promised that I would receive my package in the next 7 Business days. It has been more than 7 business days and I have not gotten my items. They have since turned off DMs on their Instagram page. Today I was told my order was fulfilled 35 days ago and was asked to rate products I have not received. I do not recommend ordering from this company.

I ordered masks and was sent the wrong ones through eBay. I have not been able to do a rerun as the local post offices are closed and the ones I found open are not printing labels. I have begged for help to get the parcel back to them but they will not help with an alternative method that isn’t through the post office (Royal Mail). I have had the masks for over a month now and still no help to get them back during these tough times. I have been on the phone for over 01:50:00 and although I’m first in the line to be answered, I have had no answer.

Update: EBay have advised that I am sent a returns label in the post so let’s see if this is done in the next 7 days otherwise I will be issued a refund.

Ordered in the 29th of April and still haven’t revived my order. Absolutely terrible. Will never order again!

I placed an order from the website and was charged twice. Fine mistakes happen. However, I have been sending emails in the last 10 days but still have received no response at all.

I loved the lingerie I received but the sizes did not fit and would like to order some correct sizing for these items. My order was placed on 22nd April and delivered on the 29th April. I returned the items the same afternoon (signed for) which arrived back with Lingerie Outlet on 5th May. I have emailed several times but have had no response. Have others received no response from Lingerie Outlet. I understand how busy internet stores are but some response would be good. Many thanks. 08.06.20 Refund now received thank you.

Can see it coming - we will have to wear face coverings in public very soon so I ordered the 30 pack and they were delivered on time. Well done, considering everything (post, etc) is going slow just now due to Covid-19. 1/5/2020

I hadn't bothered too much about buying any masks as we were kept being told by the government that they were not really necessary and wouldn't over much protection anyway, then the talk was that maybe it might be necessary to enforce wearing of masks when in certain areas. I was concerned that it may become necessary to wear a mask when shopping, so I decided I had better get some, but now delivery of the post is taking longer than normal, and became a bit worried what would happen if I didn't have any at all, it takes time to try to make your own. I was really pleased when I found these which were a really reasonable price, unlike some of the things it is necessary to get because of the situation, even better they only took a few days to come. Thank you for your excellent service and I would thoroughly recommend you.

I don't usually leave reviews, however, reading lots of negative reviews on here, thought I'd share my positive experience.
Ordered some comfort bras and they arrived in less than a week (standard shipping), not bad considering the current situation and restrictions due to COVID19. The bras arrived in perfect packaging, the quality/price is great and they are sooo comfortable! A real lifesaver. I'll definitely be buying more! Thank you 🙂

Nice prices but shocking service. Sent an email on the 1st April saying it had been shipped. Contacted them over the weekend to say still no parcel and it was only handed over to Royal Mail today 6th April. When I queried it. They have a shortage of courier drivers. But it is coming by Royal Mail that is where they stopped respondong to email. This was my first order and will be my last. To be lied to and having my money for a week is not service I pay for.

When I sent the item back it was in a same condition as I received, they sent me the pictures in that item was dirty and had some sort of white lines and refused to issue a refund. It does look like somebody put it on left dirty and send pictures to refuse the refund which is totally unacceptable, unfortunately, I haven't made pictures before sending the item back as I never though such thing could happen.

Bought a pack of sloggi pants from these people they sent the wrong size- they refused to give money back or change the pants. What a very bad company they are. I can’t understand their attitude. Will never buy from them again and will tell my friends not to buy as well. Very disappointed. Better to go to a shop where you Can see what you are getting.
I would not consider a size 12 to be a medium. And I see no reason why you couldn’t change them. I never want to hear from you again.

I am very Happy with the pricepoint and the quality. There were no problems in delivering to Finland.

Do not buy from this store. Spent over £200 on a fastskin. It was too small and they will not exchange or refund. Only put it on up to the knees and they say it has been sent back in poor condition. I will pursue refund through consumer rights. In 10 years of buying fastskins and trying them on we have never had this response.

Always happy with price point. Orders always received promptly.
