Quality was not great.
Customer service not good either. Multiple emails needed to be sent to her the invoice corrected.
Not impressed and would not use them again.

Quick delivery and I was so happy to get such a good discount on my favourite basic - but expensive - bra !

Bought a 38jj bra from this store. Bra was way too small, the band was extremely tight I could barely get it fastened. The cups where also very small that I kept falling out of it. Straps where also extremely tight that I had the bra on for less than a minute and it was already making dints in my shoulders. Couldn’t find how to return the item so had to email sales who replied fairly quickly that I had to return the item via Asda. That would be great but I had to take 2 busses to get to my nearest Asda. Maybe they should think about opening up their return process so customers can return items via the post office. I don’t think I will be ordering again as the bras they have for larger busts are extremely expensive and with my purchase not fitting correctly I don’t want to be paying out a large amount of money for something that won’t fit. Also the returns process would put me off ordering again.

Placed a large order and returned some items, terrible returns service and received e mails asking for full payment from Klarna who deal with their returns and payments, even when items were returned.
ASDA parcel shop were their only returns department and that was 35mins drive.
Completed returns process on line as stated and luckily got ASDA to write a receipt as Lingerie Outlet said item was not returned and they hadn't received it -all communication was via Klarna and I could not get the actual store to answer my calls or e mails at all. Let alone confirm the return.
This took 4 months of refusing to pay for items I had returned and them still saying I had to pay, until finally they accepted proof from delivery company that items were delivered, receipt was not enough and then miraculously they found the said items that they had received in August!!
Makes you feel that they are not a reputable company wanting me to pay for items I had returned, by saying they had not got them-

Placed a large order and didn't receive an order confirmation. Left it a few days before making contact. Was told that my order has been dispatched with Hermes and would be with me within 5 working days. Again, still no order confirmation or dispatch notification (not even in my junk folder) despite my order showing as processing on Lingerie Outlet Store. After the delivery time scale had passed I asked for a tracking number which said Hermes were awaiting the parcel into their network. I went back to Lingerie Outlet Store to enquire and was told that it must have gotten lost because my order had been dispatched. I have no idea what has happened but didn't feel like anyone was going to take accountability for it - or to find out what was going on. As I had been waiting a considerable amount of time I asked for a full refund and was given however no apology whatsoever. My order totalled nearly £80...and I shall be taking my money elsewhere!

Aside the fact that I didn't get any confirmation email for my order or notice of dispatch or delivery, which made me wonder whether the order actually gone through, the experience wasn't bad. Got my favourite brand of bra for a fraction of the retail price and it got delivered pretty fast.

Terrible at answering their emails of issuing my refund. Only got the refund after a few emails & attempts through paypal after having confirmation of 2 weeks ago of them receiving the item returned.
