won't refund money
I had to pay £3.00 as sender put insufficient postage on item. they said they would refund through paypal however I havnt used that in years, when I tried to access it notification said transaction doesnt exist contact seller. I did and tehy have no way of refunding money unless I place another order .
appalling customer service-- avoid if you have a problem you will not get your money back

Good quality products however despite being postage free I had to pay £3 unpaid postage to get my delivery and lingerie outlet have not replied to my emails. Pooe service.

Ordered 4 Freya bras
Ordered 4 Freya bras - 2 were defect, one with extra seams in one cup and the other one underwire popped out. Obvious this was second quality damaged goods.
Ordered on their ebay site and if it wasn't for ebay no chance I would have been refunded. Contacted them and all I got was same negative reply. Finally ebay stepped in.
You may be lucky but for me it's a no go to order again - have no trust in this company nor that they sell quality products

great Until you need to return
Have always loved this store but recently bought 2 bras that didn’t fit and I returned. Lingerie outlet claim not to have received my returned packet and no refund was received. A big loss for me. I won’t be using them again

Slow service.
Although I did eventually receive my item it took nearly 3 weeks for them to arrive. First order never arrived but was continually told I had to wait a minimum of 7 days. Eventually sent another item out, told with Royal Mail first class delivery (Royal Mail website says this is one day service) lingerie outlet store told me I had to wait 3-5 days.
Happy they sorted this out but I wouldn’t use again. Too much hassle and too many reviews similar to my own. Not worth it.

Waited over a week for the product , when I found up they informed me that they hadn’t paid the correct postage and that I needed to go to the post office to pay the additional £3.00
