Mentre tutti i supermercati dicevano che di estate non c’era la cioccolata per il caldo data la mancanza di furgoni refrigerati, ho provato a ordinare la cioccolata sulla Lindt e con sorpresa e venuta in una scatola di polistirolo professionale con molto ghiaccio all’interno. A volte bisogna andare diretti alla fonte. 5 stelle per la professionalità della lindt

Ho comprato la cioccolata di Dubai style ,perché volevo sapere il sapore e assaggiando la non l'ho capito perché sapeva solo di cioccolato e il pistacchio e la pasta kadayif non si sentivano . 10 € sprecati

I have sent several emails to Customer Services with no response, I ordered some chocolate for my wedding favours and they sent the wrong flavour reported as soon as the delivery arrived and heard nothing. My wedding is next week and I need this rectified asap. Online ordering and customer service is just not good enough, have called a number several times and cuts you off. very poor by Lindt expected better.

Abbiamo avuto un problema con un acquisto del cioccolato, e abbiamo mandato una mail al servizio clienti. Hanno risposto subito, molto cordiali, gentili e disponibili, ci hanno mandato a casa un pacco con tante tavolette di cioccolato diverse per scusarsi del disagio.
Sono anni che compriamo Lindt e continueremo.

Pessima esperienza con un servizio di assistenza al cliente che non esiste. Considerate le dimensioni dell'Azienda è assurdo che manchi un numero verde dedicato per le informazioni sugli ordini via web (in ritardo). Si possono solo inviare mail a cui non rispondono e magari lo fanno solo dopo che il pacco (per fortuna) è arrivato. Nessuna possibilità di tracciamento. Fatto un ordine per la prima ed ultima volta. P.s. sono regolarmente registrato con mio account nel sito Lindt, e quanto descritto nella risposta alla mia recensione, non corrisponde alla realta: non consente alcun tracciamento della spedizione e non esiste alcun numero verde per ottenere informazioni.

Ordered 3 x1.2kg bags of chocolate and 337g box of chocolate I received the 337g box of chocolate but missing the bulk of the order I need the chocs to put in favour boxes and need them ASAP sent two emails but they have a 5 working day response and left 6 voice messages as nobody picks up the phone or calls u back and they have marked my order as complete. Worst customer service ever I have experienced would never order anything online from them again and if your thinking of ordering online I would say good luck as if there’s a problem they tell u upto 5 working days for us to even get back to you. I wish I had seen all these reviews first as most of them are negative and flagging up a main concern. If anybody from Lindt reads this my order is 10001538986

I ordered two items, the box arrived damaged. One of the items were open with the contents spilled out, and the other missing. I emailed Lindt but only received an email automated response. I thought it was a one off but clearly not by reading the other reviews. I will not be buying from them again. I think two items at a cost of £30 is enough to expect decent customer service. As of the 18th July, i still have not had a response.

I am not surprised that their reviews are poor! I ordered chocolates for an event in August, ordered in mid May. They arrived in time as expected but they had an expiration date of 31st July 2025. Such short dates that unless you were handing in the same week the chocolates are out of date. I contacted this company and have had zero response. I sent the photographs, bar codes and my complaint a second time and still no response. If you were buying chocolate for Christmas you would at least expect a six month expiry date surely? Premium
Prices for their products, terrible service and after sales. Very disappointing!!

I made an order which arrived and I emailed immediately as there was an item missing.
I have since had no response except for an automated email.
You have read and ignored my message on Facebook to!
You have had not delivered the egg separately in this time either.
You have taken my money and not supplied what was agreed. This is not acceptable to do this!
Where my product??? You have had my money!!
Weeks later you reply to my review! Emailed multiple times as ordered from you directly and followed your instructions. Your automated replays to emails are awful.
Still left with no Easter egg!!!

I ordered three Easter eggs and delivered by Royal Mail l but only one egg was in the box.
I contacted (via the Lindt website contact form) immediately to ask if another box was on its way with the other two eggs I ordered. I had no response in the time frame stated on the contact form so I phoned eight times (from 9am right through the day) and left two voice messages, phoned again five times the following day and left one further voice note, none of which were responded to. Later that day I finally had a response from the contact form to say that the two missing eggs were probably “a stock issue” and a refund was on its way. I replied saying that I would not have bought one single egg as the postage costs could not justify it and requested a partial refund on the postage. This request was ignored and I just received the value of the two missing eggs. I also added that if the stock wasn’t actually available, why was it listed on the Lindt website.
I might add that I have ordered before online with absolutely no issues, however now knowing how appalling their customer service (or lack of) is, they have lost a customer. Buyer beware as the saying goes.

Love Lindt chocolate but customer service when ordering on line is poor. Received my delivery over a week ago but 1 out of 4 items was missing. This was reported immediately but the only response so far has been an automated email to confirm receipt of my complaint. Then yesterday I received another automated email.asking for a review of the product I didn't receive. Would not buy via website again.
