Missing items - like a lot of other customers and awful customer service
I have, like a lot of other reviewers, had money taken from me for goods I haven’t received. I placed an order for £149.10. These were Easter gifts for my 6 grandchildren while I was away in Japan. It included £60 for 6 Tokyo bars which I thought was expensive but apt as I was in Tokyo for Easter. The parcel arrived sealed and intact, with the other chocolates but NOT the Tokyo bars. I contacted Lindt but, like another reviewer, the standard reply was ‘We will get in touch with our warehouse’. Then they got back insisting the bars were sent, basically calling me a liar. I have contacted them again to say I am not happy and want to dispute this further. Has anyone any tips? As someone else stated, there is a very condescending tone in their replies. I also note that each review with one star is getting the bog standard reply.
