I think these chocolates are the best in the universe. The gluten free range is perfect.

This was a present for my friend who was feeling down. She was very surprised and delighted by the chocolate bars. She must have said Thank you at least four times and was of the opinion that Lindt only made plain chocolate so she was surprised to see that was not the case.

Ordered £65 worth of goods as a gift, of which a 300g fruit and nut bar, when opened, looked visibly damaged judging by the condition of the foil. When the foil was removed, it looked like the chocolate had melted and the taste was terrible. There were 4 more bars in the order, but they appeared to be okay from looking at the foil.

A complaint was raised using the online form provided by Lindt asking for product captures, barcodes, lot number - THE LOT.

After submitting the form together with 5 uploaded images to explain the issue, there followed a series of replies from the "ecomm customer service team". They might as well have called themselves, "The incognito team".

The tone of the emails was always 'polite' enough, but really full of condescension. Apart from reporting the faulty product, the 'team' belaboured the point about producing further images to explain the problem so that further investigations could be made. After several exchanges, it was clear that the customer service lacked coherence and empathy and it was only after I called a halt to replying further, was
I offered a refund - with a further request from me to delete my account.

The Lindt brand cannot be faulted, usually, but if customers are going to be patronised in this manner, I'd rather not put myself in that situation again. If I'm really desperate, I'd shop at Hotel Chocolat which has amazing products and customer service to boot. Sorry Lindt, but your service not your product has let you down!!

The Lindt Chocolate website offers so much more choice and variety. Always my “go to” for Christmas, Easter, and special occasions. Lovely chocolate worth the little extra.

Greetings! I ordered some chocolates online for a value of over £40. When I received the package, there was a small bag of chocolate missing from my order, to the value of just £2. I let the customer service know about this, and they asked me to send photos of all of the chocolates, which I was unable to do. Then, they said that they had checked and everything must have been in the box. This was obviously not the case. I did not have the time to chase this further, and it was not worth it anyway. I am extremely unhappy about Lindt UK Customer Service's dismissive attitude and for not believing me that an item was missing from my order. Thank you!

Order (Dubai style) was dispatched and delivered promptly. The Lindt Dubai style is by a long way the nicest tasting of that type of chocolate.

A very pretty tin and a good selection of chocolates for all tastes whether it's dark, milk or white chocolate. They also arrived when expected

These chocolates are simply the most exotic of flavours and textures to delight the senses. They have to be tried to believe just how delicious they are.
We limit ourselves to one a day each as there is a danger of over eating them.

I have ordered before from Lindt and have always been happy with my purchases. Customer care is excellent.

The packaging is very well presented and safely wrappsd making it look really special- more than it alteady is. Am a fan specially the dark chocolates.
