I have bought multiple pieces from Lilywho, necklaces, earrings, cuffs, bracelets and have bought loads for presents and I have to say the quality is second to none and I even wear them in the shower and they don’t tarnish. Highly recommend them 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Recently ordered two pieces from the personalised section with my deceased grandmothers own handwriting engraved on them. I had both pieces within 4 days and I couldn’t have been happier with the final pieces. Most thoughtful gif and excellent service.

Bought a personalised chain from here. Super quick delivery. However, the chain tarnished before it was even out of the box. Contacted customer service and within a week I had a replacement sent out to me.

Ordered a pair of earrings and a cuff and they’re fab! I’ve worn the cuff out for dinner and drinks and for a walk in the woods and it didn’t budge and the earrings are lovely and light and easy to clip. Arrived almost the next day too

Beautiful jewellery and a fantastic customer service. The piece I ordered subsequently went out of stock and when I enquired about it, was advised that I could choose another piece of jewellery and get the same engraving on it and that it would be with me with 2-3 days which it duly was. I was very impressed by Tara’s professionalism and courtesy which ensured that my little sister got her 30th birthday present on time! Will definitely be back again! I can not recommend Lilywho enough not only is the quality of their jewellery top class but their customer service is second to none. I wanted one of their pieces engraved with something that was extremely special and sentimental to me and our family, so I contacted the customer service team Wednesday morning explained what I wanted but there was a catch I needed it by Saturday as the person receiving the gift was flying back to the states. Now I started off sending children's posters with writing on them but as I started finding cards and letters with our loved ones hand writing on it I emailed them on too,so at this stage the service team had maybe 3 or 4 mails from me. When I eventually decided which copy I was going with I only wanted certain words out of the text, I certainly wasn't an easy customer but this was no problem my reply mail back was "Yes Aislinn we can do that for you" So I placed my order at 4.30pm Wednesday and it arrived at my door this morning Friday at 8am. It is even more beautiful and perfect than I could have imagined and I know it was the customer service and engraving staff who went above and beyond for me knowing the story behind the piece and how much it meant to me to get it here on time.
So Lilywho Thank you for the beautiful jewellery but you are only ever as good as your service and staff and yours are phenomenal. Especially Customer Service and Engraving and Daniele Souza who made it all happen effortlessly and run like a well oiled machine, many thanks ❤️❤️❤️
