I ordered a pair of earrings along with a ear cuff, upon receiving the earrings a stone was missing. I emailed to see if I could get a replacement since I hadn’t worn it and received a lovely email from Tara to say that they would send out a brand new one with no charge. It arrived the next day and it’s perfect I couldn’t recommend more.

My son bought me fabulous earrings for Christmas and the clasps were not closing tightly , I contacted them and Tara in customer service was extremely helpful in finding the original order an arranging a replacement.
