Once I was talking to the correct person to help with our account our experience was good. They were sympathectic to our financial situation and advised us of the options available.

Customer focused
I found their representative most helpful in adjusting our waste uplift agreement to what best suit our needs. He is now providing weekly data on uplifts so we can assess how well the updated agreement is actually working for us.

We have recently made the switch to using Lilli Waste and I'm extremely satisfied. They are always on time and efficient. Jordan and the rest of their team have been incredibly helpful, it's refreshing to have a reliable and responsive customer service.
