The therapist I selected is great. She listens to me and gives great feedback. Amazingly, she remembers what we’ve discussed even weeks in the past. I always look forward to “seeing” her.

The Therapist we got we absolutely love. It’s hard to find a good therapist someone who you are comfortable with, but this was not the case.

My experience with Kyung Lee was deeply concerning. I experienced an interruption in my long term medication that resulted in severe withdrawal and significant physical injury. I also felt uncomfortable when he asked for my social media information during an appointment. When I raised concerns about what had happened and the effects on me, I did not feel heard or adequately supported as he continually dismissed me. I have filed formal complaints with the appropriate agencies.

The $100 “cancellation” fee is absolutely ridiculous even when the fault is not yours to begin with. They will double book you, and still send you text reminders for both when it was incorrect in the first place.
I was not about to spend $100 without letting myself be heard. They denied my appeal so I cancelled my appt the day before my next scheduled appointment. They STILL charged me another $100, and I told them where to go! They don’t have my license info I never attached to any documents, and I never attached cc info for them to automatically charge. BEWARE if you do this!
You will speak to different team members in different states each time.
Do your research before signing up with Lifestance. Just a shame that my dr referred me to this place. wondering if she has referral $$ coming her way too somehow. Sad world we live in now can’t even trust medical staff they just want to pad their pockets!
Too bad because I liked the therapist, and psychologist only a couple sessions in.
I’ll find somewhere else to get therapy.

First of all, I don't care for shrinks. They only care about pushing drugs and have not the least bit of interest in you. They need to find a problem with your brain so they can push the drugs. I went to get a script for a medication I have been on that really helped me (controlled). I was required to get a clearance letter from my primary/cardio. (I don't have a cardio) Turns out it wasn't enough. This is 3 visits in. Long story short, they wanted me to come IN person and go see ANOTHER DOCTOR (cardio) even though I had not been followed by cardio (VA) for over 12 years! They claim it was for my "safety", even though I have been on this med for 4 years! So no, they will try to scam you into unnecessary visits and push drugs on you that you already know won't work, and/or use you as a guinea pig and try them all. I fired her as soon as she said, "I need to see you in person.", Why? I had already given her my Primary care and Cardio clinic letters stating there was no contraindication. I am falling apart after three months off my meds. Get a psychotherapist. Shrinks don't listen to you; they just push their agenda on you $$$

I feel bad that such great providers are stuck working for such a disgusting company. If you need to reschedule your appointment even if you call more than24 hours with a legitimate reasoning they charge you $150. This is absolutely unheard of. What an abhorrent policy for a mental health company. But greed rules the medical industry and Lifestance clearly values greed and money and not the care for human beings.

The overall experience of receiving the help to understand and deal with all situations and the mental mindset and patience that comes with it.

I have been seeing a nurse practitioner with LifeStance for several years. She is extremely professional & knowledgeable and has custom-built a plan for me that has dramatically improved the quality of my life. LifeStance has a modern and automated check-in process and extremely stable and predictable teleconferences. I rarely give five stars for anything, but LifeStance has earned a five star review.

Check in is quick and easy, my therapist is compassionate, caring, a great listener and gets me to open up. The waiting area is pleasant and the appointments are on time.

Henrieta Daka is a great therapist has helped me so much in past and now. She's tremendous. I missed her when she just started in LifeStance and couldn't see her, but seen someone else, but so happy I am back with her. She kind, compassionate, understanding and very professional.

Dr. Mauro is the best, and I’m thankful for her expertise!

New patient appointment, wanted to get an assessment done so they booked me an appointment when I called. We showed up for the telehealth visit and it turns out the wrong appointment was booked. The provider cancelled the call and we were in the call less than 2 mins. I paid the copay ahead of time but they also charged me a $100 cancellation fee since it got cancelled less than 48 hours. I called and they said they were going to put a note for billing, but I still get billed. Trying to contact them again so they cancel this.

Staff and service is a 10 out of 10 every week.

I used Lifestance to find a mental health professional. I ended the relationship after two sessions because the provider inaccurately billed me among other issues. I present documentation to Lifestance about the overbilling issue and after 10 months of going back and forth they backed the provider while providing no evidence to refute the documentation I provided. Please save yourself the frustration. Get a referral for mental Healthcare from somewhere else. This company is not run well. It's operations are dysfunctional and will leave you frustrated at significant cost to your wallet and time. ​

The people are great, easy to find a therapist. However, my appts are on mondays and their cancellation policy is 48 business hours which is pretty lame. If I cancel 3 days before my appt, I get slammed with a late fee. I called to contest it, but no one has gotten back to me and whoever I talked to on the phone was no help. They told me someone would call in a few days and its been weeks. So, major points off for that. Would have been full stars if not for that.

They sent be a bill when even according to their own records I had never seen one of their providers. They didn't even try to bill my insurance which covers most of it, probably because the bill was not legitimate.

Easy scheduling, nice clean modern facility with modern security and privacy features. Comfortable waiting area with excellent front desk staff. Private rooms are white noise integrated, clean, modern aesthetic. Doctors are kind, caring, and professional. Evaluation and treatment strategies are prompt, dynamic, and methodical, but not rushed.

The care for their patients is phenomenal. Therapist are knowledgeable and provide different techniques to make sure you are comfortable. Staff is friendly and always there if and when you need them. Great outpatient program!
