Do not purchase an LG TV.
They are ridiculously difficult to navigate, near impossible to retune, and switch to LGTV channels without request. It is near impossible to turn off the LGTV channels.
Calling customer support is a waste of time. The suggestion was to move the (Wall mounted) tv, closer to a window. You clearly cannot teach stupid.

My LG tv still works bought quite a few years ago but as for apps always takes me to the Internet and then not enough storage, just wanted all 4 and free vee, then tv shows utube have decided to just buy a Samsung tv due to the issues of not being able to use an app on my tv, I work nights so catch up on tv using my mobile phone due to LG being poor staying away from everything made by LG in future

Brand new tv loosing BBC signal. Spent 1 hour on phone to be told its the areal. Other tvs worked fine. Got refund and brought another make. Something definitely not right with tv. They are cheap and rubbish keep away.

LG - 32LQ63006LA 32" Smart Full HD HDR LED TV Delivered on time.
Unpacked the TV, was quite surprised to see the size of the Remote which turned out to be Poorly Laid out and far too small for me personally to easily use, A couple of buttons flag as Not available on thisTV ?.
Unable as yet to buy a direct replacement Remote.
I therefore have to painfully make do with the Original.
The TV itself is Good to look at. However Picture Quality not the best but not the worst either, sound is OK. Digital Audio Needed an adaptor to enable headset use but that was not a problem.
Probably slightly over priced. However i needed a TV to replace my clapped out 12 year old TV in our Bedroom and this just about fits the Bill.
LG OLED Green Screen
I bought a LG OLED tv. 3 years later the screen turned green. The replaced the screen and said the issue had been corrected. 3 years later the screen turned green again. They said they won’t replace it. Crap tv. Won’t ever buy a LG tv again. If you look at reviews online this seems to be a common occurrence.
Appalling customer service so far
Appalling customer service so far. The TV remote failed well within the year’s guarantee period. After great difficulty finding a means of contact, I eventually found a telephone number. I was quickly connected to a customer service agent, who promptly located my product registration details and confirmed that a free replacement would be sent urgently. Also received email that it would arrive within 14 days. I chased this up after it hadn’t arrived within the promised 14 days and was informed that it had only been despatched the previous day! I have now been waiting waiting for month for it to arrive. LG seems to base its customer service entirely on talk the talk with absence of any physical action. My first LG purchase is likely to be my last.
UPDATE- phoned today to report non delivery. Told should arrive Monday by DPD. However, DPD have no record of such a delivery, so someone has been telling porkies.not only incompetent, but deceitful.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Horrible product. My 3 year old tv screen burned at the bottom with a black stripe. Sent hours with tech with no results. Please do not waste you money on LG tv.

The menus are to complex. It makes me rage with frustration.
No Customer Support
I have an LG LED 55" UHD TV - now 4.5 years old. Still works but very blue screen haze.
LG Support don't want to know about it because they think that is the life of a TV. Would not even offer a technician to talk about it or visit.
Life expectancy 5 to 10 years so i'm a the very low end - not worth going to Dept of Fair Trading.
I will never buy an LG product again.

Complicated App install process
The picture is excellent however trying to install apps is the most frustrating of any tv ever. Never again will I buy lg just for how hard it is to install apps no cust serv at weekends. Have two Samsung tvs and was easy peasy and logical and for that reason never again
Poor quality/dismal customer service
Avolid the OLED line of TVS. TV rated for 100,000 hours of viewing, yet within a couple of years, the tv has burn in. This was the OLED 65inch E9-- so not a cheap purchaseThe company uses a call center and has little to no customer service -- it's like talking to a wall. Purchase at your own risk
Rubbish setting menu
I bought the tv (50inch LED) in the black Friday sales. I got it home and started to set it up. NO user manual, not even a quick start guide so it was trial and error. I got the TV working and then wanted to add Sky box. Again no instructions. It took over 3 hours looking at You Tube videos and trial and error to get the TV to start up with the Sky screen instead of the LG home screen. Picture and sound are good but the settings menu is absolute rubbish. Not at all easy to use come on LG I am sure you could do better than this. Ask your employees who are not in the development section to start from scratch and see if they find settings menu easy to navigate.

UPDATE - I’ve still heard nothing (25th Nov 2023) I’ve now lodged an official complaint with trading standards for FALSE ADVERTISING
Has anyone else had problems with the 1/3rd off if you purchase 2 tv’s at the same time ?
You had to fill-in an online claim and provide your receipt and the serial number of the TV’s
Then we heard nothing back.
The online form is now “closed” as it ran up to October 2023
I’ve emailed the customer services and don’t get any reply.
If there are enough of us the trading standards will prosecute them for “mis advertising” as it encourages people to purchase 2 televisions.
Just curious how many other people have had this experience?
Totally regret buying this LG TV
Totally regret buying this LG TV. It is one of the worst products I have ever purchased. We bought this at Costco and when we try to open the different apps like Netflix or YouTube it says it has to be updated but then will not let you update and throws errors. Not only is it constantly throwing different errors , but the warranty support is a total scam. They make you fill out so many forms, multiple times, then have you go through hours of debugging and running through all these steps before they will look at your tv. After weeks of this they finally sent someone out and he said he couldn’t fix it and that was it - they closed the case - even though it is under warranty. I have spent hours trying to fix this and will never buy an LG TV again.
