Northside Lexus -Houston

Northside Lexus -Houston! Nick Makmaris is so nice to work with! He works hard to get you the car you want! We bought a car from him in 2016 and was glad he was still there today. He knows all features of the car, He kept us informed of delivery. He is not pushy. He just finds what you want and answers our questions! Herb spent a lot of time with us explaining the technology and gave us his card in case we had questions when we got home! He set up everything except the garage door opener! He was very patient with us! Finance was very quick and efficient! He was not pushy and was very helpful! I cant speak to the service dept. because we never have trouble with our cars!

Lexus UX

I have a Lexus UX Hybrid, the last past version and I think that it’s the best looking car ever.
I am a huge fan of japanese cars and their approach to the car industry.
Plus with the price on gas these days Hybrid allows me to save a lot of money.

Majesty

Lexus has been being the car of my dream since the very childhood and finally I can afford it! Recently acquired an RX model and nowadays drive around the town grabbing envious glances.
The car certainly has dozens of positive things starting from the complete safety ending with the design which is so modern. It's a greatness.

Lexus - lost its cutting edge!

Lexus has been the best car I have purchased and driven.

However, my recent experience has tainted my view of Customer Care and Best Practice.

I knew I had paid a little more than other cars for a luxury car, reflected in both insurance and service costs, but, the experience until recently had been a good one and Gold Standard.

I enjoyed the courtesy car which was supplied whilst my car was in for service to drive to a few shops on the same estate (10 miles) in total.

When I came to book my car in pre April, I was told a £10 fee would be added onto my account for the courtesy car, I explained this was no longer a courtesy car, but, rather a hire car! The member of staff did not appear to know the difference.

Then, most recently booking my car in for a service pre April which they could not accommodate, I was told that because the service fell in April; £20 would be added for a courtesy car and was effective since April!
Confused and mixed messages!

I had previously booked my car in pre April (January) and still was told there was a charge! Confusing!

I am currently looking to change my Lexus and are now reviewing other manufacturers who do offer the Gold Standard to pick up/drop off or a courtesy car as a courtesy Car, rather than a car hire.
They appear to go above and beyond to meet expectations.

Une fiabilité incroyable

J'ai un Lexus hybride très ancien, plus de 200.000 kms et je n'ai jamais vu une voiture si fiable. Tout est en état d'origine depuis 14 ans. Rien ou presque ne se dégrade.

La marque est absolument exceptionnelle.

C'est du produit Japonais fiable.

En revanche la maintenance en ateliers Lexus si elle est compétente n'a rien à voir avec le niveau stratosphérique du produit. C'est à la sauce Française donc imparfait. C'est meilleur que chez toutes les autres marques mais ce n'est pas du tout l'esprit Japonais.

Globalement pour moi ils restent au dessus de toutes les autres marques niveau respect du client, et la fiabilité et comme la qualité de leurs voitures sont incroyables. Un bonheur jamais égalé et une tranquillité d'esprit maximal. Un investissement clairement ... alors que pour une voiture en général c'est tout sauf un investissement....

J'achèterai de nouveau en occasion même au delà de 120.000 kms, même 200.000kmss avec entretien en concession. Sans hésiter.

En neuf c'est totalement inabordable en revanche même pour un cadre moyen. Et il ne faut pas prendre les moteurs peu puissants. Le plaisir de l'hybride pour moi c'est 300 CV, en dessous c'est clairement décevant. Sauf si on aime une voiture au comportement lambda qui pousse mais ne procure pas de sensations décoiffantes.

Je ne quitterai probablement pas la marque. C'est un vrai bonheur.

What are the qualifications to be a manager at Lexus

I was told to bring my vehicle in earlier because sometimes the workers leave early..Poor customer service, who does this. Change your hours if they are allowed to leave early. So you are telling me “your workers make decisions” Not to mention that air head of a manager, who need a class in solving issues and not being so curt,when he is asked a question.

Worrying fluttering noise

Worrying fluttering noise heard intermittently as we drove up the motorway to Leeds. Called Lexus Leeds and every person was responsive friendly and professional.
From the receptionist to Jordan and his super technician, Josh, the problem was found and rectified within half an hour of arrival. The probable cause being a piece of metal debris on the road.
I became a ‘fan’ of Lexus back in the 1990’s and have had an IS300 and the current GS450h.
The Leeds Lexus exudes all the original philosophies of quality and service and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I shall certainly be looking to them for my next one.

Orlando Lexus did a 10k warranty service to thing like tyre change oil change cabin filter change guess what they didn't rotate my tyres , hello safety on the road and yet they had no remorse about it not even a phone call th say they are sorry BUSTED

We brought 2021 Lexus RX350L in for all of it service to keys Lexus Valencia 5,000 / 10,000 / 15,000 at 16,000 miles we start hearing noise in back so we brought in .. they informed us that the back bearing where bad needed to be replaced . They told us the warranty is void !! Can you imagine that you pay 65,000 for a new vehicle and paid extra 4,500for extended warranty and one clown at keys Lexus Valencia service consultant says he voided the warranty… tried to reach out to the service manager Darin Ellis several times , seems he to busy to talk to a customer. Also tried the GM Mike Marray he also seems too busy to talk to customers .. It was repaired under warranty form another dealer .. but my experience with key Lexus Valencia is that that are con artists !!!

Not Lexus, it's Lemons!

The staff are nice but the car is not quality made!
We purchased 2022 model but they delivered 2021 model.
We have a major issue with the wheel tensile strength getting damaged on Sydney roads, this is suppose to be AWD car. To make it worse, there were no spare parts and the car was un-drivable for 3 months waiting for spare parts from Japan. The same issue came up after one month of replacement and we are back to repairs again!
There has been 5 recalls within 8 months and a number of software bugs that are yet to be fixed!
Stay away, this is not a quality car.

Lexus

Lexus, the luxury car brand had a batch of defective paint. It was used throughout the Toyota product line. The specific color was called “Blizzard White”. In researching the problem, it was widely known and Lexus (and Toyota) sent out letters to their customers who had that color.

I had that color but never got the “memo”. Why? My VIN number didn’t match the actual color that was on the car.

I have the receipts, meaning screenshots of interaction with Lexus and photos of the peeling paint. It is clearly Blizzard White but they say no because they have a mismatch on my VIN.

Eventually I’ll sue them in small claims court and they’ll spend more in legal fees than it would cost to do the honorable thing and address the problem. Intransigent customer service will be brought to account.

When you buy a new Lexus, you’re paying a premium. For them to besmirch their upper class reputation bewilders me.

I’m not going away.

Very uncomfortable

The Lexus Dealership is very aggressive. Location being discussed is Willowgrove, PA. The man I worked with wanted to argue with me over something I know for a fact to be untrue, however I choose not to go back and forth with sed employer who is completely wrong and took me for a test drive with the damn car in sport. I even asked him if that was correct, and the idiot goes oh it supposed to be on that setting. Sir no thank you! My deposit was also taken and I was left in limbo for 4 days and no one had even checked my credit! I had a notification that day that they had finally decided to check after having my deposit for that long. Front desk receptionist thinks everything is funny, and the GM just seems unaware of what is actually going on. Very just disappointing. I did take my car and finally got one at another Lexus dealership, but I wouldn't go back to willow grove. Very just uncomfortable.

Don’t ever ever buy the Lexus

Don’t ever ever buy the Lexus , I bought brand new Lexus from Erdington branch B24 Birmingham, I had an Accident in Jan , car has smashed as you see in photo but none of the Air bag deployed, I was trying for 8 month to get the car checked by Dealer to find out the issue but dealer ( mr Abdul Store manager ) don’t want to know despite paying my Instalment for 8 month

No Luxury Service

I bought a certified used Lexus ES 350 from Lexus of Rockville in MD. On my 2nd day owning my beautiful car, the fender separated from the bumper. I returned it. Multiple questions about me possibly hitting it on something. Finally they agreed to me returning the damaged car and buying a similar one. I had 3 service appts in the warranty. When I pointed out the car shakes when I brake I was told they would not fix it under warranty because it was not life threatening. Once the warranty was up I took it elsewhere for servicing and it is recommended that I replace the front brakes and resurface the rotor for $500. I received 2 new tires but the remaining 2 were just under 50% worn. Very disappointed and angry. I feel the certified cost was an expensive smoke in mirrors. All the warranty allowed was oil changes, topped off fluids. Not worth it at all at this dealership.

Lexus : le toit ouvrant EXPLOSE

Mon toit ouvrant vitré a littéralement explosé hier sur l'autoroute (Lexus NX300h 05/2016) : chaussée lisse, toit fermé, pas de clim, temps frais, 140kmh, ligne droite, pas de pont, personne devant !!!!???
Enorme bruit, grosse frayeur, plein de verre sur moi et dans la voiture mais l'essentiel a été soufflé vers l'extérieur
Lexus dit ne pas comprendre et que ça n'arrive jamais
Quelqu'un a-t-il déjà eu cette mésaventure ?
ps : voiture en parfait état...
