After several years trying to find a decent Home Care Provider, I discover LEORA HEALTHCARE, who have been operating since 2008. They didn’t make any promises, they just said they would welcome the opportunity to help me. Within a few hours, I received a visit from a Case Manager who took the time to discuss my options for SELF MANAGEMENT . Soon after, that CM left the company and I was given a new CM . As I had certain requirements, I was given several choices. As one if my preferred providers was unable to speak enough English to complete the boarding process, although with 36 pages of legal Mumbo jumbo , who could understand what was needed.
My case manager personally come out and had an interpreter to explain the legal requirements.
Since then it has been a truly amazing journey, and I believe they are truly dedicated to their role,
Not everything is perfect, sometimes payments take a little longer than I would like , but at least they are honest enough to not lie about the delay.
I do not get everything I ask for but I am given an explanation as to why a certain request could not be granted.
LEORA HEALTHCARE, is located in NSW , and have staff that have been with them for many years,Combined with excellent CEOs they are consistent in ensuring they do the best job they can for their clients,

I have been using Leora Health care for a few years now astaff and management are unreliable, leaving clients without care on a regular basis.

The Leora representative Kamal who interviewed me on Thursday this week was especially helpful and easy to communicate with. Additionally Kamal was able to drive me to the University of Sydney (where I am a third year student) after the interview/application process. I really appreciated this. Thank you Kamal and leora!

I highly recommend Leora Healthcare , mum was lucky enough to be cared for a few hours per week at home by Care worker Myriam, she made our lives so much better with her care of mum and Myriam attended to all aspects of house work , a true Angel .

We are with Leora- (formerly AFEA) for a long time. We find them reliable, efficient, respectful and honest. If there is any change in Carer's scheduled timing or change in Carer coming to our home we are informed in advance with the name and profile of the person coming.
Whenever we are charged for the service it is immediately reported to us about the charges claimed by the service provider. The carers maintain the times of arrival most of the time and if they are late or coming early we are informed accordingly in advance.
Leora is well managed. We expect them to train their carers more while working with blind people.

The communication and flexibility are amazing. never an issue when we need to change service times/days. always friendly and accommodating to the client's needs.
