We ordered breakfast bar stools on…

We ordered breakfast bar stools on 16/6/26 & promised 6-8 week delivery. As at 27/10/26 no response.We have constantly emailed & left voice messages to no avail, she simply ignores you! It looks like our $4k is gone so we are totally distraught! How do we stop such an unscrupulous business! Unfortunately we have to look at taking legal action.
I have an update as received a response providing expected details of delivery so promising response so hopefully this all takes place & we are back on track. Will provide confirmation when delivered!

Still no promised refund.

Finally had a response on 19/07/2026 to say that my refund had been actioned. Now 15/08/2026 and still no refund. This company is either a complete scam or completely incompetent. They re simply lying to me now.

This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM. I ordered timber footstools almost one year ago and they have taken over $400. Not a word. No reply to my numerous emails. No customer support. Nothing.
Avoid giving your money to this scum.

We sincerely apologise for the delay with this order.

Unfortunately, the item was affected by significant delays from the original supplier, which meant we were unable to fulfil it within a reasonable timeframe. We completely understand how frustrating this would have been.

A full refund has been processed back to the original payment method.

We have also reviewed this supplier relationship internally to help prevent similar issues in the future.

Again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

SCAM - Footstools

We've been waiting for foot stools for over a year. No apology, no refund. DO NOT buy from them

Unfortunately, this order was affected by significant supplier and shipping delays which resulted in a much longer lead time than originally anticipated. We remained in communication regarding the order and continued working with the supplier to resolve the issue.

When it became clear that the item could not be supplied within a reasonable timeframe, we processed a full refund back to the original payment method.

We understand the frustration caused by the delay and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

Since then, we have reviewed our supplier relationships and internal processes to help prevent similar issues in the future.

This company appears to be a scam

BEWARE of this company! I ordered a cabinet from this company on January 18, 2025. I paid $3,368 and it STILL has not been delivered. I believe that this company is a SCAM!
