Most efficient lender at the moment
I used Lendinvest recently to refinance part of a large portfolio and the process was so much smoother than many of the other lenders. Start to finish they took less than half the time the some other loans funding the company took. A massive thank you to Tom and Leanne who helped get the deal over the line before a penalty deadline that was coming up.

Great service from Kieran at Lendinvest
Lendinvest are usually easy and efficient to deal with, so I expected the same recently. However, our case manager, Kieran Route completely exceeded my expectations. Our case was long and complex but he remained extremely helpful, friendly and was quick to respond throughout, making the process so much easier.
