I would give minus 10 stars if I could. Worst company to deal with, would never ever recommend anyone to go anywhere near these idiots. Don't know how they are allowed to operate and how they won awards is beyond me. Wasted 5 months of my time for a simple buy to let mortgage, asking the same things 2 and 3 times then telling me its the last item they need then a week later asking for something else then a week later asking for the same they asked for earlier. Just dragged on and on finally i just had enough and moved on. Had to go for a bridging loan instead as was running out of time to complete on the purchase so will be out of pocket of a few thousand pounds thanks to these monkeys. Even the managers and the underwriters haven't got a clue, all just a bunch of clowns. Please save yourself some time, headache and money and go somewhere else because honestly these people are just not worth your energy it was just a constant battle.
