I thought afterwards that it would be helpful to have a message whilst waiting to connect of what you would need. National Insurance No; Driving License details, pictures of all four corners of vehicle + damage. Not all of these expected and caused delays, whilst I hunted/or went to obtain.

The staff I had dealings with were…
The staff I had dealings with were absolutely marvellous. They were all calm, professional and knowledgeable. Their language was accessible and easy to understand without being patronising. They constantly checked I understood and helped me every step of the way. They were so efficient that the claim was settled in a week. Talking to my friends they were amazed how quickly and efficiently the claim had been resolved and the money was in my account. I can’t thank all involved with my claim enough..without doubt I would thoroughly recommend this company.
