Beautiful and quality luggage tags with exceptional customer service
Thank you so much to Keith and the team for helping prepare such beautifully made matching luggage tag sets for my sister and her husband as wedding day gifts. It was an urgent request (sorry) and you delivered! Communication was amazing - I really appreciated the call to check if I'd want the luggage tags in one box or two separate boxes; that was very thoughtful of you. The happy couple were very pleased with them and they went with them on their mini moon.

12 inch leather satchel
I had bought their bags for family before, but decided to gift one of these gorgeous bags to myself.
I contacted them about the sizes & specifics of the bag I was looking to order. A pleasant gentleman called Keith responded to all my queries patiently to help me decide what would suit me best. The online ordering process was smooth. I received an e-mail from them to confirm the monogram I had requested as their QC had picked up a discrepancy. They reassured me the corrections would be made exactly as I wanted. My bag arrived a few days later and what a stunning piece it is 😍 A beautiful, handmade product made in England.
What was striking through the process was the approachable and reassuringly friendly customer service 🙂 They have gained another loyal customer. Thank you ☺️🙏🏻

I purchased the 14in classic satchel as birthday present for my daughter and couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, Keith made the ordering process smooth and straightforward. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I bought a satchel backpack in summer 2023, and in April 2025 I noticed one of the rivets holding the strap on was showing signs of wear (due to how much I use it!), and got in touch to ask if it could be repaired. The bag was returned to me within a week and not only was my original issue fixed but they made several upgrades without me even asking for them, in order to help the rucksack last even longer. All of this was at no extra charge. The rucksack was worth the money I paid to start with but the aftercare makes it all even better value for money. I'll definitely buy from them again.

Absolutely top quality craftsmanship and beautiful bags. I ordered two - medium pixie and the tote.
What makes it even better is the customisation so I could get each bag exactly as I wanted it.
No need to go to Italy to get a smart artisan hand made leather bag - much better quality and options right on our doorstep!

I was gifted a bag from this company and loved it - on a whim I went to the website and decided to see what else - I fell in love again with the same bag but wanted something unique - thinking it would be impossible to do this I got in touch with Keith anyhow and we set about creating a unique colour combo - after a mock up I went ahead and can't wait for this one of a kind bag to arrive!
