Beautiful leather jacket ordered in 14 - too small and returned for size 16. Received today. Speedy service .From start to finish excellent customer service. Polite courteous manner.Nothing was a problem .

Easy ordering, had product in stock, I ordered late in the day on monday so missed the same day shipping arrived wednesday at 10 am, Good quality item, nicely packaged for delivery. Very well made, stitching is excellent on item, I will be revisiting the website and purchasing again.

First class sheepskin, probably worth more than I paid for it, my chest measurement is 39” and a size S fits perfectly, I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a quality sheepskin at a very reasonable price.

Couldn't possibly praise these guys enough! Literally ordered my jacket one day before it was delivered. OUTSTANDING delivery service. Really the best delivery service I have ever used. Leather is clearly too quality . I'm a vegetarian and I am against fur wearing. When it comes to PU I cannot stand it, therefore leather is the only option I consider and want good value, good quality and fit knowing it's going to last. This jacket has ticked every box and of course I know there will be no peeling issues at all. The fit is a little tight so if you're unsure definitely size up which is what i did. So happy to have this jacket now in my wardrobe I'm in love!

This must be one of the best leather clothing/jacket companies out there.... excellent quality & when i returned a jacket as it was too small the replacement came in a couple of days.. no fuss.. no drama... & they keep in touch which is really good when there are so many awful products & companies out there... Just purchased a leather backpack for my husband who was delighted when he received it. It is exactly what he has been looking for, for some time, and just as described. The quality is excellent, lovely leather, well made and with a dust bag for protection. The order was processed so quickly and delivery was prompt as promised, we’ll packaged too. Solihull store was great. Staff patient and gave honest opinions. Tried on a few jackets and they honestly told me which fitted better and which didn’t look good! Walked out with a very lovely leather jacket. After waiting years to buy one I am extremely happy with my purchase. Definitely recommend them. Great quality leather too!

I visited the shop in Solihull on Thurs 4 Nov. I wanted a leather jacket and a sheepskin jacket. I tried on various ones to get the perfect colour and fit. The assistant was most helpful and patient. Overall a great shopping experience and awesome coats.

I would definitely recommend this company as I will defo be shopping again here in the future!! Great company and excellent customer service! I placed an order for a black leather biker jacket and bag and it all arrived very quickly and very well packaged. I loved everything but was unsure if the jacket was slightly tight so I emailed the company to ask if they would exchange. They said this was not a problem and asked me to phone the store so I did. I spoke to a very nice gentleman called Shy who was extremely helpful! He told me the cheapest way for me to send it back and explained to me exactly what to do. While speaking to him, he told me he had 3 leather jackets himself and one of them doesn't zip shut at all as he told me to look at the shoulders. He told me if I was in his shop, he'd look at the shoulders. If the shoulders fit then he would advise sticking to that size but if the shoulders were too tight then defo exchange for a bigger size. Shy told me because the jacket was leather so it would stretch slightly over time (which I hadn't thought off). I came off the phone and tried the jacket on again and it was a perfect fit at the shoulders and I could zip it closed fine, it just felt like a very snug fit which I know will loosen off a bit as the leather stretches. If I hadn't phoned the store and listened to Shy's advise, I would've ended up exchanging it for a jacket that would've been too baggy on me after a few months. Thank you so much Shy!!! 😊

I recently bought a large leather bag and was quite amazed at the quality of the item. It was superbly stiched and the leather was of excellent quality. It was just what my husband needed for his work. It even had an enclosed holder for his tablet, which was not expected. The large canvas strap was also of good quality. Well done Leather Comany.

I bought a leather waistcoat around 6 months ago from Solihull shop I live near leics somehow it got little split on the collar so I drove over and showed them left it there to get stitch repair ! 4/5 weeks later it’s done I ring Monday saying going away Sunday can you post back and on weds it arrived so well pleased with service Barry Robinson

I didn't order my Leather Jacket Timber: Bristol until 4PM, yet it still arrived the next day!! This online company is the best I have ordered from. The jacket is Ashwood leather and made exclusively from British hides. In my opinion the best there is. Highly recommended.

The goods were ‘Not Fit For Purpose,
The goods sold to me were ‘Not Fit For Purpose’, I actually ordered twice, up-sizing the second time and paying extra. The sizing was way off British standard, as such a person simply has no confidence in ordering the correct size.
I approached the company via email and telephone to ask for a full refund in lieu of the fact i had lost confidence in their sizing. I was quite abruptly informed that despite the first jacket not fitting and the 2nd up-sized jacket also not fitting and not arriving till 24th Dec, their 14 day returns/refund policy was in force from the date of the first order! Subsequently all i was entitled too was a credit note.
I sought advice from Citizens Consumer Advice Bureau. The CAB advised me I was entitled to a full refund on any online purchase if the goods were faulty or in my case not fit for purpose. I had 30 days to return the item which I had already done via recorded delivery.
The Leather Company refused to answer any of my emails. I telephoned with them twice, the second time speaking with the manager and on both occasions I could not reason with them, my request was belligerently dismissed. I was told I had no choice but to accept a credit note because their calling off (14 day) period had lapsed.
The CAB advised me to contact my bank to see if they offer a ‘Charge Back Scheme’, which I have subsequently done and received my money back!
NB I had to return both jackets recorded delivery at cost to myself of £30 in total. They do not supply you with a returns slip, so be warned.
I would definitely not recommend this company based on my experience with them.

Cristian the individual I spoke to who helped get me my order was extremely helpful and respectful. Helped sort out an order for me which UPS had made an arrow with which saved me a lot of grief. The customer service was above and beyond what I expected.
