Ben, my specialist is just that... Special. I am so grateful I reached out to Lease End because I LOVE my car. Can't touch anything like it, new OR used in today's volatile market. I didn't know what I was going to do. I thought my only option was to trade the car in and get another lease. But I got a great interest rate from Lease End, which made my monthly payments affordable. Logan was great and walked me through the entire process. So easy!

I stopped the initial application on the website immediately when they asked for birthdate and social security number at the very end, before I even got options or someone to talk to! The claim in the initial application is that it is to "confirm identity"... HUGE RED FLAG!! I am very wary of compnies that demand those things right away unless I am literally filling out a loan application from a bank. I am not having hard inquiries from some rando company that I haven't even discussed anything with yet. They already have your car information in the application, by which they can give you potential lenders an estimate based on a range of possible credit score brackets with various companies. I went on here to check their legitimacy and saw some concerning reviews. It sounds like a bait n' swich where THEY buy your car through some other bank. They don't actually recommend different options. That would mean that there is no way to really discern if the bank they go through is actually the best deal. If I had to guess... you end up screwed. Personally identifiable, sensitive information should be between you and the bank you recomend me to choose. If it seems bad. it probably is bad. EDIT: MORE DETAILS: i did not even submit my information, but they still managed to get my contact info. they won't stop texting me, and I've noticed an uptick in robocalls from other lenders. They clearly passed on my information. EDIT PART II: i have tangible proof that i didn't even create an account and they somehow still scraped my data. if i text STOP, i hear from someone else from there. if i had to guess, it's it submits when you hit the next page button.

What started as a enquirer phone conversation &that was me asking so many question , the Customer Rep Sterling answered ALL my questions & even checked with is Senior Advisor that the info was accurate,this made me feel more comfortable as the conversation went on. I was driving back to Maine from Massachusetts ( about 55 minute ride) and honestly by the time I got off my exit to pull over & sign documents I bought out my Lease. Lease End made this process so so easy with no stress at all, they are taking care of everything. Best part I get to keep my existing license plate & just drive my SUV that I love ! Oh and did I mention o money down & payments are lower than the lease ! Thank you Sterling & Lease End !

Very transparent and easy to deal with. I did not feel pressured at all. When I received a better offer, I let them know and they found a lender who could beat the offer. I had read that they use pressure on customers to buy additional warranties and insurance but that was not my experience at all. I was told what they offered and ended up adding the gap insurance after I had time to evaluate it. Much better experience than the dealer or using a local credit union as they also take care of the tax and title for a reasonable price.

I was skeptical, but I HIGHLY Recommend this process BY Lease End. The representative was pleasant and thorough in explaining the process. No pressure to purchase offered insurances. The process was fast. Done completely online . Following this process allowed me to avoid dealer fees attached to their buyout process.

This process was so easy! I was able to take care of my lease buy out in no time at all. I would certainly use them again.

I was only halfway through my lease with Nissan when I started receiving emails and letters in the mail from LeaseEnd. I called one day just to inquire about the process, with zero intention to end my current lease. After expressing my concerns and asking to reach out to family for a second opinion (multiple times) the staff member kept asking me things like “why do you want to do that” or “what can I do to get you to say yes” and so on. I realize now I should’ve hung up the call, but the man I spoke with was extremely pushy and using extreme sales tactics. Without clearly explaining they’d be adding over $4k in additional coverages, I’m now in a 6+ year contract and expected to pay almost $30k for a car worth only $20k. This has been the absolute worst experience and I highly recommend avoiding this company if they reach out. Nothing about this process was black and white or clearly explained. This is certainly a lesson learned on my end, but this company should be ashamed for pressuring anyone into a life altering contract that they are clearly not interested in or ready for.

I've been thinking about purchasing my current vehicle which still had twenty months left on the lease. I saw an ad for Lease End on Facebook and thought to give it a try. This was such an easy process. It took maybe twenty minutes over the phone. Esmeralda was the agent that I worked with and she was absolutely great.
