I could not be happier! I could receive a phone call unexpectedly informing me that they could assist me with buying my vehicle. Kyle was absolutely amazing! I had to figure some things out. He remained patient over two months. He gave me a lot of knowledge and a lot of help in making my decision. He even answered the phone every single time that I called or texted. Super impressed with Kyle and the company they made this so easy for me. I don’t even have to go into DMV lol absolutely recommend this company and if you ever need to deal with them, please request Kyle he was truly amazing.

I don’t know who thinks this business model is a good idea. I was starting my research into lease end options and filled out their inquiry form. The only way they’ll do business with you appears to be on a live call, so I got on the phone with the guy to find out what they could offer and it became clear that he expected me to close the deal *on that call.* He wanted me to review docs while he went on mute and waited for me…and when I said I wasn’t going to be ready to do this today, he explained that they close out my access to the docs when the call ends, so that I can’t review them once I hang up. All the pressure and stress of buying a car when you’re just trying to basically refinance. Hard pass.

Had to file a CFPB case as their site is confusing in setting up a car lease on their marketplace and authorizing an actual credit check with a very similar process, hard to tell the two apart. Anyways they did nothing to help me and wasted my credit checks when that’s not what I wanted. Horrible service and will continue to let others know of my negative experience. All they have to do is simply request the error for the credit reports to have them removed but they won’t even do that.

Still waiting for everything to finish up hence the 4 stars BUT so far this company is legit. The people are friendly and helpful. Just do your research and weigh your options so you know if this is the right choice for you. It was for me and I appreciate the streamlined process.
