Aidan was absolutely a pleasure to work with. Very articulate, knowledgable and professional.

They skip trace for mailers and you get tons of them in the mail. Personally, I keep getting these for my dead father in law each month. He never had a lease and has been gone for years and years now.

Keep asking to be off the list and nothing happens but more mail! Called and they ask for your SOCIAL SECURITY number in order to do this!

SCAM!

Buying out my lease, on my own, had me going through many hurdles and obstacles. The leaseholder, Genesis Finance, said I had to get the buyout information from a dealer. The dealer provided me with a written buyout that my bank found unacceptable, plus I would have to deal with all the motor vehicle department transactions, so I decided to try Lease End.
Amazing within a couple of hours everything was done barely lifting a finger to send photos of our driver's license, insurance card, and registration. They arranged the financing with a lender well known to me, as I already have some banking relationships with, at a rate better than I was entertaining from my credit union. They got all the information directly from Genesis finance and handled all the motor vehicle paperwork. All I had to do was Auto sign the loan agreement online. The service was outstanding everyone that I dealt with, which were few, were amazing, confident, courteous, friendly and efficient. What an incredible experience couldn't ask for more. Everything taken care of just like that. I still have trouble believing it was so easy.

Misleading. Quoted one number and signed paperwork only to be called a few hrs. later telling me they can not honor the original deal. They could work the deal at double the monthly payment.
When they asked me what could they do to move forward and make deal work I told them to honor original deal. Never heard a response after that

Extremely efficient fantastic service saved me a ton of time definitely got me the best interest rate this is a no-brainer if you're having to buy out your lease.

Quick and painless. The application process was simple and I got a call in about 15 minutes. The experienced and knowledgeable rep went over the options simply and clearly. I knew what I wanted and they made that happen with no sales pitch or gimmicks. Two phone calls and a text of my DL & Insurance later I was completely done with the entire thing in less than 3 hours. Julie asked me about GAP insurance and extended warranty one time. After I declined Julie never asked me again about these items. This is what customer service use to be like. I cannot express enough, that to me personally, how important that one part of our conversation was going to determine if I did business with Lease End or not. I also set out my expectations on APR % requirements and she worked to get it done. I was sitting in the comfort of my home office and the whole transaction was done in less than an hour. Did I forget to mention that Julie was an actual Julie? She was not an overseas phone rep using a fake name, with a heavy accent, and broken English. I was talking to someone legitimately on the same soil as me and that too was a welcome addition.

Sterling and Jon were extremely helpful. Quick to communicate and very clear explaining the process. It took about 30 mins to complete everything and get loan negotiated and approved. Signed the loan and was funded the same day!
