Very easy to work with and agents are very knowledgeable. I really didn't have to lift a finger other than the phone call and then signing the paperwork to pay off my lease on my Tesla and assume ownership; she's my baby and was not about to turn her in.

Gabe took advantage of me @my lowest and then turned me over to Desn rep and they ran my credit 7 times and those were hard inquiries and my credit scores were 675and 648 I talked to Gabe the banks that he started they would be using none of them are on my credit I have never heard of these banks before when I tried to reach out a rep name Dean then jumped in said he would look into it I haven't heard anything back that was no ok Your company took advantage of a elder person I guess LEASE END feels that was OK to put 7 HARD INQUIRIES ON SOME ONES CREDIT.

Steer clear of Lease End. They are a middle man that completely screwed up my conversion from a lease to a purchase on my car. Had I worked directly with the lease holder it would've been much smoother and easier. No resolution and no help.

I made a decision to purchase my leased Tesla Model 3 and looked online for companies to assist with that process. I came across Lease End. I reviewed the company’s website then read reviews across a several social media platforms. It has a 5 star rating and I now know why! I’d give them 10 stars if it were possible. Rarely do you come across a company which is totally professional, 100% honest, with a supportive and hard working staff. My first interaction was with a “Financial Advisor” who too was very professional and personable, there was NO hard sell. Rather, the individual provided me extensive information on the process, funding options and other supportive products. They were focused on providing sufficient information to enable me to make an informed decision. The negotiation for funding and appropriate loan rates was easy and the advisor seemed to be genuine in finding me the absolute best offers available. Based on this interaction, I didn’t need to “think about it” for much time although the advisor was about to give the time and schedule a call back. However, I decided to move forward during the initial call. The entire purchase and follow up process was effortless, smooth and I was kept well informed about the status along the way. I do want to “shout out” to “Rosie” who assist me with obtaining the title and plates for my car. She was exceptionally professional, personable and her follow-up was amazing! I was kept up to date with the entire process along the way and given more than ample guidance! Atta Girl!

Later on, I looked at the company’s history and discovered that it was founded and is run by folks who attended West Point and served our county! No wonder its a sucessful and professional company! The “cream of the crop” of our society are running the business! Use these folks to fund and process your vehicle purchase!

Wow! I did not expect the level of customer service that I received from Lease End. The entire process was streamlined, and I barely had to do anything to get everything processed. They made it very easy to transition from lease to financing, and even take care of everything from dealing with the dealership, to registration, to working with the bank for financing. Big shout out to NickE for helping me out. It was such a pleasure working with him - try and snag him to handle your account if you can!

Very knowledgeable and helpful. They were patient, yet persistent and got me a great deal to purchase my lease at a great interest rate.

Every part of the loan buyout by Lease End was horrible! The staff, customer service and even management was belligerent. I did not agree to their service, but they insisted that I signed an application. When I repeatedly asked for them to send it to me, they also said that they had me on voice recordings. I said," Good! Send everything to me." Well, at least 3 weeks went by and still nothing. They did not even have the decency to let me know that they opened an auto loan at PNC Bank for over $35,000. I learned this when I received a Welcome Letter from PNC. My loan buyout was $30, 056.46. They added almost $5,000 for the service they provided. Finally, I had a relative who is a police officer call them,and Lease End provided him with the documents. It showed a signature, but it was Not mine!!!! This caused me a great deal of stress, anxiety and many sleepless nights. Finally, I had enough and I sold my car to a dealership who put me in a beautiful car with a loan that I could afford. AND the documentation including the sales taxes for a more expensive vehicle was not even close to what Lease End charged me. Of course, if they read this review, they all will deny it. Oh, by the way... Lease End claims to have an A+ rating with the BBB, however, I recently researched the company, and they are not even close to an A rating. Also, if you read the reviews on their website, you will see nothing but good reviews. Check out ALL of the negative reviews on the BBB as well as Yelp.
