Technician was on time, polite, and explained things very well.

Very good contact to make the appointment. Arrived in good time and did a very thorough check for leaks. Very professional and excellent at explaining what was being done.

For a free to me service paid for by my insurance I got more than I expected. I suspected I had a leaking toilet fill valve and the tech confirmed it and replaced it which he then confirmed that it fixed the problem. I'm looking for to see my water usage drop.

I had been ignoring the emails/warnings from LeakBot as I knew the problem was not negatively impacting the house and I couldn’t be bothered to do anything about it.

The LeakBot team actually phoned me and I eventually arranged for them to come sort the problem.

The process was so easy I wish I had bothered sooner.

They sent a plumber out a few days later and he was great - very professional. He sorted the leaky toilet flush, changed the leaky kitchen tap and even swapped the insides of my bath taps, as they were a little tight.

All in all, a great service!

The only reason I have not given five stars is because the leakbot system is too sensitive as the only possibility found was a garden tap from which the water escape was insufficient to even drip on to the concrete

The plumber that was sent out (Tim) was very honest and knowledgeable and didn't rush through things. It was very apparent he wanted me to be satisfied with his service. He took the time to explain where my leak was coming from and help with next steps.

Når man skriver til dem igen igen og igen og siger til dem de kan sende en returlabels på mail så kan de få deres skrammel igen det gider de heller ikke svare på så jeg kan til hver en tid fraråde det firma serviceniveau nul når tiden er gået til jeg ikke kan installere det længere der er 14 dage tilbage så bliver den smidt som elektronik skrot på lossepladsen
