Super professional and explained everything!

I received this when I switched to Nationwide Insurance for my homeowners policy as a risk management tool. It’s great and I am glad to have it. My poor rating is not for the excellent 5 star product. It for the poor customer support I had when trying to make sure I installed it correctly. I had an unusual location of my water valve and wanted to confirm I was placing it in the best location. I sent a photo and detailed description of my concern. In return I got what appeared to be a computer generated auto reply that mirrored the user guide included with the device. No one looked at the photo or actually read my question. So I went with best guess and installed it. Great product though! As a retired safety inspector I highly recommend it. Thank you Nationwide!

Technician arrived at the time scheduled for the visit. He was thorough, knowledgeable and took time to explain what he was doing and our follow-up maintenance requirements. We are very pleased with this service and know that it eliminates a lot of worry about unknown water leaks that could cause damage to our home

The plumber did a great job. He figured out the problem and repaired it in just a few minutes.

Mark, the technician, was very professional and personable. He made sure I understood everything he was doing and explained his findings. My only complaint was trying to make the appointment. There was very little flexibility.

The plumber who came to my house, Mark, was excellent. He explained the digital tools (leakbot tools) he was using and how they identified leaks in the system. He inspected the plumbing and found a leaky toilet. He replaced the parts and competed the work. He did an exceptional job - really appreciate his attention to detail and knowledge sharing.

He was very nice and explained things for me. But, as soon as he left, the toilet that he fixed runs when I sit down and still had water running somewhere for about 5 seconds. So I am not it is fixed.

The plumber from LeakBot was great! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He explained everything he was doing, and the reasons for doing it. He fixed a couple of issues with a toilet which I was completely unaware of. He also recognized a potential future problem with my water heater- a hidden danger of which I was also completely unaware. Best of all, he didn't try to sell me anything!

Leakbot and their engineering team have provided very professional service each time they have been required. Any visit is conducted with a complete check of the system leaving nothing to chance.
