Easy, comfortable experience for anyone

This is the second online service I’ve used to renew my card. I used the first one for 3 years and my biggest complaint was waiting on the doctor to arrive for my appointment on time. I had waited 25 min once! I’m a creature of habit and only tried Leafwell due to a coupon code to get my card at half off the cost so I figured why not. Overall it was I believe easier to set up my account and schedule my appointment for the most part. Only thing I would say there is after scheduling and logging back into your account it should say that you have an upcoming appointment or scheduled appointment which I did not see, but kept asking me to schedule an appointment even though I already had. Logged in about 10 min before appointment and was allowed to join the waiting room about 5 min or so before appointment time. As I waited it stated the doctor was reviewing my chart. Promptly at my a time the doctor came on and was very pleasant and knowledgeable to speak with. He was easy to talk to and was very personable. I give him 5 stars for everything except….. it took over a week for my certification to be posted to the state. No big deal I had plenty of time before my card expired but I was used to it being posted within 3 days max with last place. I had received my “your certified” email after finishing my appointment with my Leafwell doctor that same day. So I reached out to Leafwell to inquire about the certification not being posted almost a week later. It was posted 2 days later. I forget things all the time so I get it, I’m sure it was over looked by accident. That was the reason for minus a star otherwise I would use this service again and I would use the doctor as well!

Need to do A lot better job

Nothing received post with doctor ok then took to court for state card . Well they sent 4 TEXTS and you took 1 1/2 weeks to do had to go to different Doctor and pay again . The people I talked too seemed not to understand my request to send signature authorization of doctor . Then all I received is a lot of different Answers . I will not return and I will tell friends not to use you

The only negative thing I have to say…

The only negative thing I have to say is that when your filing it the application the boxes you check off are white and very very hard to see. Other than that. Leafwell was great. Great customer service and fast application response, nice doctors. Over all good experience.
