My Certification
The process was very smooth. I followed the instructions and got my consultation. I was approved. However, there was a hiccup in my approval submitted. After a few emails it was straitened out. Since then, I will add, they have reached out several times to be sure I am able to finish getting the card. Think it was just one of those things... 😊

Overall everything was great
Overall everything was great. The process was easy. To be honest the discount was the real reason I went with you. I'm on a fixed income so it helped a lot. The only negative was I didn't feel like the doctor was really interested.

You pay for their mistakes
For Maine residents, digital copies of your medical card should be available same day as appointment. After 24-hours without a card, I emailed. Back and forth, then silence… until I requested a refund based on their “money back guarantee.” Then, at nearly 48-hours, they reached out with the card and to let me know that because services were rendered they would not honor the refund. Services weren’t rendered when my request was submitted.
I’ll never use Leafwell again. .
