All around easy experience. The doctor was great. She listened to me and was able to inform me on some things.
It was painless. I dont know why I put it off for so long.
The $40 expedited was def worth it. Super fast.

I paid extra for expedited certification into TCUP, but 24 hours later I'm still not in the system. If I could do things over again, I wouldn't have paid extra to expedite . I reached out to support several times and no one seems to know anything.

Twice I've used FadeMD to renew my certification and twice I've been left to sit in the waiting room for the doctor to never show up. In the rare instance the doctor shows up/is on time, they process is fairly quick and painless. The catch is that that's because THEY want to get through it and get you off the phone as quickly as possible, as they clearly don't respect anyone else's time.

I have used FadeMD for multiple renewals. Always an easy process. My paperwork is filed extremely fast. They employ

I can’t figure out how to get with the state

Spoke with the doctor and he denied me almost instantly and never explained why. I spent $145 with QuickMedCards and they approved me with the same information.

FadeMD was a complete waste of time for me.

I had a really positive experience with FadeMD for IL. The process for setting up my appointment was easy, and I was able to choose a time for my visit that was only a few hours after starting the (very easy) booking process. I was nervous leading up to the appointment, but I did not need to be. The doctor asked the questions they needed to ask, gave me space to ask my own questions, and then we completed the appointment smoothly. As someone who is autistic, I often worry that I have to overexplain myself to make sure I am communicating clearly. This experience felt streamlined and genuinely neurodiverse friendly. I felt respected, heard, and supported without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, the process was simple, compassionate, and well-designed.

The company’s customer service department is totally unresponsive and has no customer service line to talk to anyone. I submitted for my renewal and certification in October and I found out the company and their doctor never submitted the certification and renewal status to the state. Currently a week past renewal expiration and still no resolution. I was promised by the company that there would be no delays and issues as part of the service for my medical card renewal. The state has informed me that even if this gets resolved in the near future, it can take up to another 21 days before I receive my updated renewal card. I’m unable to get my prescriptions now due to the company’s negligence.

Tried to get my Card in VA. They messed up my certificate ( put my address for my city). I contacted and have all the emails asking them to fix it. They never fixed it making my card unusable. They finally gave me a refund after 2 weeks of going back and forth. Now they will not deactivate my card after giving me the refund. Now I cannot currently get my card. They also do not have a number to call. It’s all over email.

Doctor was SO knowledgeable and friendly. The whole process was very easy and not nearly as stressful as I thought it would be.

The FadeMD website is very user-friendly, and my consultation was excellent. The doctor was perfectly punctual and highly professional. My card was delivered very quickly, and I appreciated the offer for additional support if I had any further questions. I highly recommend their service.

My recent medical card certification appointment with the Dr was exceptional. The physician was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through every step of the process, making sure I fully understood my options and felt comfortable with the decisions we were making. 3rd day and I have still yet to receive a certificate and I feel like im being scammed. Same day authorization but I have NO PAPERWORK to validate it. They told me id have it im 24 then 48 now what? Agitating. I would have use someone else
