There was a snafu in getting my card; reached out their customer service was top-notch and they got it taken care of very quickly, so I got my card nearly as fast as I expected.

In your state, after approval, the state sends an email with the digital certification/card needed to purchase your medication at your local dispensary. If the certification/card has not been received, outreach to the state may be needed. I will notify our escalations team and ask that one of them reach out to you to assist. The Dr. visit was quick and easy. She was kind and helpful. They filed with the State the same day and then I finished up online. Smooth sailing all the way.

The process was fairly easy, but I thought i was getting the med card, vs a letter. I need to see where to get the card

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They sent me a confirmation number saying they renewed my medical card which was bogus. I come to find out, the cancelled my renewal after i paid them and completed the virtually meeting with the dr. I had to go through my family dr. and multiple calls with the state to get this sorted out. Its been over a month without having access to my medicine thanks to Leafwell.
