I don't believe this company are still trading despite having a website and taking customers' money. Took my payment and then said the order had been cancelled (at my request??). No refund.

I have not received my spring basket although I’ve paid for it. I keep having to chase my baskets up each new season. Very disappointing, although when baskets do arrive, they are lovely.

It's lovely to hear you've been happy with the quality of your plants, but I'm sorry to hear there have been some issues with your deliveries. Damages in transit are generally rare for us as everything is packed securely and the courier company we use is usually very careful with our parcels - we do know sometimes things can go wrong when shipping fragile and perishable items across the country, though, and for any instances like this we have our 30 day plant guarantee. If anything ever arrives damaged or there are any other issues, please don't hesitate to email our customer service team on help@lazyflora.com and we'll get back to you to help further right away. We will always replace any plants that arrive damaged.

Brilliant.
Great service, ordered my albino variegated cheese pant. Looks amazing, too quality. Delivery was either 1 or 2 days so very little time in transport.
Made a great addition to the indoor forest me and the Mrs have. Cannot fault and will use again.

Lazy Flora is by far THE BEST
Lazy Flora is by far THE BEST company I have bought plants from online. Literally, hands down the best! The packaging was free of plastic and nasties. The plant arrived beautiful, and still looks great two weeks later (when I've ordered with other companies the plants come either saturated or severely dehydrated). Would 100% purchase from again. I'm sold on Lazy Flora and all they stand for and do! Thank you so much!

Obsessed with the latest delivery
Obsessed with the latest delivery from Lazy Flora, everything is such high quality and the care sheets are super helpful. All packaging recyclable or eco disposable, delivery always convenient and reliable.
There had been a small error with my order and delivery which Sarah and Laura sorted out so efficiently and because Claire knew i wanted the boob planter and there was 1 left at the time had asked the warehouse staff to hold for me till resolved. Can't ask for more personal or better customer service, friendly and 5 star as always.
I look forward to the pet friendly subscription every month and due to them being so clever there is now higher valued/rarer plant's being sent. Super exciting.
If you've never ordered from Lazy Flora I'd highly recommend it. Amazing service.

Beautiful, healthy plant
Very happy with my order. A beautiful healthy plant with care instructions included. Arrived when expected. Only downside is the courier delivered the plant upside-down (despite ‘this way up’ on the box). But the plant was safe as had been packaged well.
