Everything was perfect except I was not aware that billing will be done thru foreign country and ended up paying foreign exchange fee. I could use different credit card and avoid it.

Fast shipping, customer service was exceptional, and the product looks better in person... I got the 11-piece patio furniture set. Carrie was great to work with...

We love the sectional and the fireplace, however the starter on the fireplace did not work. I emailed CS in regards to a couple of cushions that were smashed and I still have never heard back. I am disappointed that the starter doesn't work and that CS never responded to my issue about the smashed cushions.

7/7/25: Received the email referenced in their response to my review. I appreciate the explanation and I know things can happen; I was looking forward to getting my concerns addressed and updating my 3* to a higher score once the issue had been resolved. I responded right away to their email response to my review and explained the issue that I am having w/ the fireplace starter not working, but several weeks later I have not received an email back about my concern. Originally they said they never received my 1st email, but when I responded directly to their email, the results has been the same....silence. It is a shame because we LOVE the set and we get compliments on it all the time, but the customer service follow up has not been a good experience and I am still left with a new fireplace that the starter doesn't work.

We are above and beyond pleased with our new patio set! It looks exactly like the photos, was easy to assemble, and I feel was an excellent value for the product received. I would recommend LayinSun over and over. Shipping took a reasonable amount of time too.

Great product for price and quick shipping!

Ordering was straightforward and the product shipped and arrived quickly. The furniture was easy to assemble. The instructions were clear. All of the parts and pieces were marked. Everything fit together as it should! The furniture is comfortable and looks great!

ordering was super easy and fast! The couch and cushions are nice and look modern and expensive! However the cushions do not come with ties to secure to the metal framing... so even with small wind gusts the cushions will fall off. I hope the manufacture sees this and considers changing that and then this couch would 100% be a 5 star.

my furniture came damaged and i am having a hard time dealing with the customer service they take very long to answer my emails. But the furniture is very comfortable

Our order was sent quickly to us and even though it wasn't all delivered on the same day, all the boxes came within a few days of each other. The furniture is very comfortable and looks great! The only small issue we had was the directions for putting the items together weren't very good.

** UPDATE ** After our post, the company promptly reached out to us and offered to send us new/upgraded bases for those chairs. We appreciated the quick response to our issue.

Furniture took quite a bit of time to assemble. It looked nice but we had ONE gathering/house warming party and the chairs now lean to one side or another from people using them. It wasn't just one chair either. Almost all of our single swivels look awkward and like they need to be replaced.

The furniture is very nice. One cushion arrived with a stain, I was sent a replacement. My only complaint is that the sectional doesn’t connect and they slide around. I bought clips to hold them all together, but it’s not a great fix. Overall I’m pleased with my purchase

Can not separate the swivel Bases for "unboxing swivel chairs BYT7008-E" I will be returning then entire set !

~fire starter doesn’t work and send spark so have to start fire with lighter (came like this never worked)
~nothing to hold the modular pieces together so if you have a sports court type of deck/rooftop like we do it moves around a bit but not deal breaker
~nothing to tie or Velcro cushions to the bases
~the fire table is tall to accommodate the tank underneath, while the seats are normal height so it really warms up your face but not your body unless you’re standing up
