Do not buy from them!!! they will not send you your order. They take your money and don’t send you anything and customer service is terrible.

So bad customer service, wrote several emails. It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t received my order yet. They are so ignorant and selfish they never replied back.

Laptop/phone riser never received, its disgusting they are ripping people off! Wish I had seen the reviews first - learnt my lesson though, disputed with Paypal

I ordered 2 cat scratching posts on 29th August 2020, I still have not received these items.
I have asked for a full refund in September, and have not received my refund.
It is now in a PayPal dispute.

I ordered three books from this company. The books are small and very cheap feeling and looking. And what is worse, all the information is in Chinese. That’s fine if you are Chinese and learning to write in English. But I got them for my 5 year old grandson. They are a complete waste of money. £13, is what I paid for them, I have asked for my money back! I’m still waiting, no answer. 30th September, maybe they are bringing the money by hand. DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY, DONT USE THIS WEBSITE!

I clicked on 1 star again why isn’t there a no star option,
on September 5th i purchased an 8 pack of Reusable Linoleum Tent Clips £5-99 + £3-99 shipping and after three weeks I received only one clip what a rip off after complaining they offered a 30 percent refund and they wanted me to return the one tent clip and pay the £3-99 postage,I have sent numerous emails for a full refund that just bounce back, steer clear of this company they are rip off merchants I hope they read this review.

Like the others on this review site, I also ordered goods but have not received them and have been unable to contact the company directly. An email response from them is clearly automated and appears to be designed to delay and obstruct any immediate further contact. I will now report this website to Action Fraud and Facebook and I suggest that everybody else does the same immediately. I think this may be the only remedy we have.
I would urge everybody to report their experience to Action Fraud and Facebook via their websites. The process is quite simple and by doing this we can, hopefully, help prevent others from falling into the same trap

Company is a fraud. No goods arrive, no way to contact them as e.mails bounce back. They are linked to company’s called Warmyard and Comfybear all advertising on Facebook. DO NOT USE THEM.

Why isn't there a 'no' star review? This company is a sham. Quick details - made an order off a facebook ad, unexpected package / shipment costs; thought OK take that on the chin.... long story short, despite being sent some weird tracking number suffice to say never received any package. 'Connie' from 'support' 'apologised' for ever-lengthening despatch issues. No 'phone number, no reply to emails. Thieves. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

bought an item of this website 11/07/2020 item price was £9.99. i opted to pay by paypal, when i was returned to thier site an extra £2.99 expess delivery charge was applied. £12.98 was taken out of my paypal account by YC TECH. as item still not delivered i opened a paypal dispute, YC TECH replied they have no order in my name, this is looking like a very dodgy company
