Took three weeks to arrive and was a cheap and poorly made dress that was not as described online. Emailed about returning as advised on the website and I got no response. What a waste of £30! Don’t buy from this brand

Awful. Said takes 8-10 days to arrive. Three weeks after the 10 days and really cheap looking item arrived. Sent over ten emails saying I now want to cancel as you can with in 14 days but getting the same response- it’s being expedited to you.
Horrible cheap goods and shocking customer services, do not use !!

Not a UK company, rubbish comes from china! Avoid and put over social media, close this lot down

Avoid. I order phone case whitch came to me damaged, I Contact customer service and they respond it will be refunded. From that time whitch is over month did not have any money refunded and they not responding for another request. AVOID SCAM.

Ordered the necklace in a rose for my wife for Christmas and they sent the £1 cheaply made necklace but no presentation box! This site is awful they don’t respond to email and messages! Please avoid! These are con artists and I have located where and who they are and am seeking to take them to court!

Product eventually received but too late for present. Tried to return but no reply from emails. Every contact ignored. Will never use this company again.

Lavenie uk do not operate from the uk! Items purchased on 05/12/2020, arrived 04/01/2021, the reason, items came from China, although I wasn’t notified at anytime that this was the case. I think this company should be more honest about who they are and make customers aware from the beginning that items will take up to 28 days then they may not get as many disgruntled customers? I will not purchase from them again.

I ordered the polar bear and penguin ice cube moulds on the 7th of December as stocking fillers for my daughters. They did not arrive in time for Christmas and on 29th December I sent an e-mail on the customer services link to complain. I also commented on the difficulty with the tracking link. I have received no reply, however the parcel did arrive today, 4th January

Just like to warm anybody who is thinking of buying from this company, it's a massive scam. I ordered something on the 5/12/2020 which I paid for, luckily it was only under £30's But the item's never came. I've emailed 3/4 times, you get no reply and there isn't a phone number either. I am now changing my bank card, because they have all my details.

I haven’t received my product. I’ve emailed three times. No response. Hermes have been expecting it for over three weeks.
I finally contacted Barclaycard who have refunded me and are going to pursue it.
Do the same!!

This company is a scam. Took my money and I have never received the good. Wish I had looked on trust pilot before I ordered. They are also using another name but still the same company. Get a charge back from your bank, that will teach them a lesson if enough people did it. I am doing it now.

I ordered a penguins and polar bear ice cubes. Never arrived and Hermes have no recorded of it arriving to post to me even though I have been given a delivery number. I think Ive been scammed by this company as they haven’t responded to my emails and you can’t phone anyone!!!

I ordered a necklace and rose set as a xmas present, And all I got was the necklace. I will never use this company again and I would advise anyone else not to, It is a rip off.
