Consept good but actually useless
Seemed a very good system as we were shielding. After 3 attempts of trying to get my 2 coats and a duvet collected I gave up. Lots of promises and apologies. Concept good but really it does not work. Avoid and go to cleaners.

The service is awful and the laundry not clean
I had high hopes for this service and whilst I know Covid has presented challenges the lack of response from customer service ( at one stage I had 4 deliveries that were overdue ) was not great . the quality of the cleaning is a bit hit and miss too. They never seem to have anyone on live chat . I have now stopped using them having put in laundry on 5th June they have rescheduled my return delivery 6 times and promised to deliver it for the 7th time tonight . Still no delivery. Will not be using them in future.

Amazing company highly recommend
I use Laundrapp frequently and the service each time is amazing! They’re always polite and clothes always come back perfect and they always come on time. The app is very easy to use and lets you follow the driver so you know when they’re coming. Definitely recommend. Amazing Company

I sent items to them April 2020, 4 weeks later i chased and asked for my items back. They lost them.
I have kept chasing them however now getting no response. I was offered compensation however items were extremely expensive, sentimental and included sofa cushions. They have advised me they are still trying to find the items however when looking at the reviews it looks like i'm not the only one who has had a problem.
Contact watchdog if you have had an issue with service.

COVID cleaning
I have started using Laundrapp again during the COVID period & have been enjoying their service. The tracking of when the cleaning is being picked up/dropped off is great. However, I wish there were more regular slots for delivery and collection.

Excellent
I’m really happy with this service. Laundering sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers is difficult and time- consuming. Living in a flat I don’t really have the space here to dry the items.
Having the Laundrapp collection and delivery service to the door continue during Lockdown has been a real help and I’m so grateful to all the staff who have continued to work throughout this period.
The items come back perfectly folded and laundered each time.The price is amazing for a super king bed set- I cannot believe it’s £20 for a six piece set.
