My order last for +1 month to get

My order last for +1 month to get, apparently they are shipping from China thru USPS. Once I made the claim my only option was to wait for the product then to send them back at my cost, my opinion is that this company is doing a great job on social network with no so efficient or controlled fulfillment system.

Absolutely trash experience

Absolutely trash experience.

Purchasing was fine, but had to wait nearly a month to get my merchandise. Okay, fine. Once I received it, half my order was wrong or didn't match the descriptions on the website.

I reached out to them and they fed me some half-baked excuse, and when I asked to return the items, they refused to pay return shipping. I checked and cost of shipping to China (where the company is located) and it is $80!! Absolutely not worth a return. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company to get my $200 back.

Never order from them - scam no original Brands …

If you suspect you may not want thier product or have any issues with it - return shipping is in HONHKONG which will cost much more than the product. Would never order anything again.

This is a Chinese store

This looks like a UK store, but it is in fact a Chinese store. That is why shipping takes weeks. I ordered on 15 December, it was shipped on 30 December (well after the 2-5 business days advertised on the website). It then arrived 6th Jan. This was supposed to be a Christmas present.

Further, whilst the website states that you can return the parcel, it is not clear that you have to pay your own shipping. Given that it is also not clear on the website that this return will be shipped to China, what you don’t know as a customer is the fact that a return will cost you £90! So effectively there are no returns.

Overall, this shop should be clear about its location and what it means for U.K. customers for shipping and returns.

Possibly the worst on line retail…

Possibly the worst on line retail experience I have ever experienced. Placed an order on 12/12 which miracle of miracle was only availed for collection on 01/08! This following reach out to customer service who frankly gave me the bird, politely!
Would NEVER spend a dollar with this company again. You suck Lastaforest, you do not deserve my business.

I don’t know anything about coffee but…

I don’t know anything about coffee but I got a V2 drip for my husband for Christmas and he loved it. It worked very well and has a very nice design. Their customer service is also excellent. They replied right away and got my problem sorted out quickly. I would definitely buy something from here again

Upgrade your coffee game...

Bought the tamper and gear spinner WDT tool as wanted to upgrade my coffee game. Although I questioned the price, it's 100% made a huge difference. Coffee is pouring smoother and tastier.. If into your coffee, I would highly recommend Lastaforest products.

Probably shouldve come here before ordering - sounds like i am experiencing what everyone else is - ordering a cool new tool for my coffee set up from an ig ad they ran. only to have a order "ship" but usps still hasnt recv'd the item. its been a week now with no movement or update :( wish they pulled it together, i think the company has some great potential. will likely contest the charge on amex

as per everyone else, order placed Dec 3rd and the tracking says a shipping label was printed, and that the facility nearby is waiting for the package.. did they just not send it over? that, or they're scammers.

Great product

Probably scammers

Probably scammers. Claimed that my order has been shipped and the delivery time is up to carrier. After contacting our national post I found out the package has not been even sent. Order was placed in NOVEMBER.

Scammers

Ordered on the 11th of December and still no update as to when the order will be shipped. I will now be requesting a refund from them however I am concerned that they are scammers and are stealing people's money.

Radio silence - might be scammers

After placing my order the 9th of december, but not yet receiving any information about shipment or tracking, I tried writing them twice to get an update. There has been radio silence from them, though they were quick to claim payment.

I am very worried that they are scammers, and I have lost all hope to receive my order in time for Christmas (it was meant to be a present).

Just awful

Update on the review. If you notice that lastaforest has replied to my review trying to show whoever reads the reviews that they have reacted to my concern. They are lying. Still no update to the order and no tracking info……

This company maybe scammers. Be cautious
I had an awful experience with lastaforest. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and till this day it is on pending status! I asked them to cancel it and get a refund but they are manipulating me. Bear in my mind that u can be waiting forever if you order. Cannot comment on their products as i never received. Never going to repeat the mistake of ordering at lastaforest again

Best tools for espresso & other coffee drinks

The products are really good with good built in quality. Either you purchase tools for espresso or V60. Innovative design.
Only thing need to improve is delivery system.
Delivery is very slow compare to other competitors.
Or else I would have given 5 of 5 Rating.
