I have shopped with Lastaforest a couple of times and I can say that my experiences with them only have been positive.
They have a seriously nice customer service. Always quick to reply and always nice and serviceminded
Yes it takes a bit longer than normal, but it is like this everytime I have done business with a company as far away as China.
With that in mind I have never gotten disappointed.

Will I use Lastaforest again

I question how legit the " positive "reviews, pretty much the worst experience i have ever had with any on line company. What i purchased was poorly made, very cheap feel to it. Been two months, after going through there return process, which is a joke! Still haven't received full refund. I order quite a bit of Barista merchandise from other reputable companies who do it well. I will never use this company again!!

Looks good in the advertisements but Chinese manufactured. One item i got came with instructions in Chinese only. And shipping takes for ever

Just received my Barista vacuum, and am very pleased. It’s exactly what I was looking for to use at my home coffee bar. Helps make cleaning my grinder a snap (Zerno Z1). And it’s more than powerful enough to vacuum up grounds on the counter. Suction is quite good for it’s size. A bit on the loud side, but not obnoxious. Great communication, and the item arrived in about 12 days. The folks at Lastaforest even honored a coupon that was issued a week after I placed my order. Good folks, and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. A solid thumbs up!👍🏻

The shipping was a fiasco, comes from China and tracking was a nightmare. They were delivering to a residence; however, repeated stated "could not deliver because the business was closed". The delivered product was not worth the money in my opinion and charging lights are not functional. Too much hassle dealing with these people to effect a return... STAY AWAY!

I had an issue with hot water leaking from the exhaust valve, but the customer service was fast and exceptionally helpful in resolving it. Since I truly love this product, I’m so relieved to have it working perfectly again. Thank you for the fantastic support—please continue the great work. I look forward to being a long-time customer!

Zero stars actually, the product came with open top, I remember purchasing the middle part of the espresso handle, it was not included, took forever to boil and at the end exploded on the stove made huge mess because the top was open, I was thinking it was possibly glass but no. It also took forever to be delivered.

The accessories are of a very good quality, all of them work just fine, the webpage Is very easy to use, they have a Chat boot that Is very usefull, shipping Time was just as promised, everything arrived very well protected and packed with care.

Product is ok, but it took ages to arrive and is pretty poor construction for how much you pay. The product is clearly just from Ali Express.

Shipping took over a month. I didn’t order anything crazy just a few basic items in my order total was under $100. When I did finally receive them, they looked like they were packaged by a five year old. Each item was in a clear cellophane sleeve that had Chinese writing on it. Disappointed in shipping time and definitely presentation. The most expensive item I ordered and the reason I placed the order doesn’t even work. The magnet is so weak it will not even pick the screen up off of my puck. Total waste of money.

I like the design and built quality of the scale.

Amazing little gadget. As others have said, it’s not essential, but it is quite joyful to use.
I’ve not measured it scientifically, but the mist seems finer than what I get from a spray bottle, which might mean less risk to your burrs/grinder. Happy with it.

A solid, well made product that fills a very specific and longstanding need in my coffee repertoire: an effective way to clean the grinder of coffee dust and debris. This product seems up to the task so far. Delivery was a little slow but not too bad.

Scam!!! I returned several hundreds of dollars worth of equipment and did not receive a refund. Do not trust this company you will be disappointed

Bitte bleibt von dieser Firma fern. Von der bestellten Ware war nicht alles im Paket. Ich habe nie mein Geld retour erhalten noch ein Ersatzprodukt, x-mal versucht mit der Firma zu kommunizieren, sie weisen alle Schuld weg. Zudem kam das Paket auf Umwegen aus China via Italien, auch alles verschmiert. So was von unseriös hab ich schon lange nicht mehr gesehen. Also nur ein eisigen Flop!
