I don't know why this company isn't getting higher reviews. They carry a nice assortment of good quality stuff.

Bought a few things from the Lastaforest. It was my first order. Unfortunately, as it happens with electronic devices - one wasn't working properly. My claim was processed promptly by the Customer Service and a week later I got a replacement. Definitely plan to purchase something else for my home coffee equipment soon!

Nach rund vier Wochen Lieferzeit sind die Tassen und die Kaffeedose nun endlich angekommen – Vorfreude hatte also genug Zeit zu reifen.

Die Tassen sehen optisch ganz nett aus, sitzen allerdings leider nicht wirklich passend auf den Untertassen, was im Alltag etwas unpraktisch ist.
Die Kaffeedose weicht farblich sichtbar von den Produktbildern bzw. den anderen Artikeln ab, und auch die Verarbeitungsqualität steht aus meiner Sicht in keinem Verhältnis zum aufgerufenen Preis.

Insgesamt wirkt das Ganze eher wie ein liebevolles Konzept mit überschaubarer Umsetzung. Für den Preis und die lange Lieferzeit hätte ich mir deutlich mehr Konsistenz und Qualität erwartet.

Fazit: Für mich leider keine Wiederbestellung – weder Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis noch Lieferzeit konnten überzeugen.

Because of the late delivery of the ordered package, I couldn’t give 5 stars. The delivery took a very long time, but every time I contacted them, they responded quickly.

Estou muito satisfeito com a compra. Meu pedido demorou para chegar ao Brasil por causa dos trâmites aduaneiros, porém a equipe sempre foi muito rápida nos atendimentos e me manteve atualizado em todo o tempo.

Very high quality products, and inmediatly solutions to problems I had by picking the wrong portfilter for my basket, Recenlty I've got a powerfull grinder and other tools. Would be a mistake not to try them. Only problme for my case might have been to delivery to my country. At the end the free shipping option wasn't free at all.

I haven't tried the coffee bean water dispenser yet, as it's a Christmas gift. But I just wanted to say that we had a problem with the delivery and they were very helpful, keeping us updated the whole time. Thank you so much.

I have purchased several pieces from Lastaforest and have been happy with each item.My latest item was a bottomless portafilter. It seems that most,if not all,of the products are produced in the far east.. namely China..(which does slow down delivery somewhat)however that is no bad thing these days and overall quality of manufacture is very high .
I would recommend the company based upon my experience.

Pleased with the overall experience with, the seller the product and prompt delivery. Would have no issue in recommending seller to family and friend who have a love of coffee

Purchased a portable espresso machine not yet used but with a good price and responsive CS as each time I have had questions or made requests, there was an answer pretty quick as we are in different time zones

Products I ordered are quality made. It was only the tamper station I am not 100% satisfied with as the neck of the handler of both my Sage Barista Espress and the Mauva bottomless portafilter is too thick and do not fit into the tamping slot. The shipment of one of my orderes took 29 days but it arrived safetly. The customer service is excellent, they respond fast and resolve any issue soon. Overall I am satisfied with Lastaforest I am just wondering whether I could have bought the same products halfprice on Temu.

Pessimo prodotto. Si e rotto dopo due giorni, mi è stato mandato un’altro che si rotto anche quello.

I ordered premium pour over kit and after few weeks it was delivered to Slovakia without any issues. After the first use a dripper broke, so I contacted lastaforest team which guided me how to proceed. Nowadays, I have a new replaced dripper and can enjoy a cup of filter coffe with smile on my face. I really wanted to like this product... I bought two puck screen removers, hoping that they would improve my workflow. Sadly, the magnets are so weak, they just don't work with my Normcore screens and half the time with my others
I bought a nice wooden portafilter holder with a naked basket and the holes were far too large to use. I swapped the basket with an IMS one
Plus, they use post to deliver, I spent almost an hour trying to get the item delivered

Amating products and service. Fast shipping and suprise gifts.

Great products overall, exactly as described, except for the coffee scale, which lacks the timer shown in the photos. The advertised model includes a timer function to count seconds as the coffee drips into the cup, but the one I received does not have this feature.

The real issue was delivery. I’m in Portugal, and although the shipping policy says 7–12 business days, my order took over a month.
It was shipped from China to Germany without tracking, then delivered by DHL with tracking.

No way to rate service separately from products, so I’m giving 3 stars for the full experience.
