We had some problems initially with the order but the manager was amazing and sorted everything out. Food was amazing like always and even though mistakes were made the way the manager handled it was professional and will ensure we keep coming back!

Liverpool one : Had to wait 10 mins for them to clear a table for two , they cleared most tables as were not that busy . Just clear the one whilst you have customers waiting
Shown to our table told what was new then waitress walked away. 25 minutes later was asked if we would like drinks
Ordered drinks I could see the drinks on the bar 30 minutes later had to approach manager and state our drinks have been on the bar and we ordered them 30 mins ago
Food eventually arrived no problems with the food as it was gorgeous
Finished food and drinks sat for another 25 mins before waitress said have you finished your food ( both plates were empty So YES)
Walked away without even asking if we would like another drink
Put our coats on to get their attention 20 mins later asked for bill ( this was also incorrect )
Manager is miserable and useless so no wonder staff aren’t that good ( learnt behaviour)
Service was awful worst I’ve ever experienced such a pity as food was gorgeous

My wife and I visited the Las Iguanas Glasgow restaurant 12/10/24. On entry it was very noisy, more a cafe/pub than a restaurant. Our greeter was pleasant enough, that is probably the last bit of praise. Everyone was squeezed in like a cattle ranch. Drinks were ok but expensive, I had a beer and my wife had a mocktail, which came in a 300ml glass, mostly filled with ice and a splash of fruit juice, £5.95. Starters were edible but presentation was, well, very poor due to no effort. Main courses arrived, my wife had a curry and I had the mixed grill. I have seen bowls of spaghetti with better presentation. Chicken (if that is what it was) was water bloated, egg was like the rubber one from a joke shop, rice was scattered all over the plate and chips were also. We decided to skip desert! All to the tune of £96! I was actually waiting for someone to kick us up the backside as we left. Will definitely not be back.

I know it’s brunch but the portions were tiny. I mean not enough to feed a small child. We did have 3 drinks these were ok. But for the price (£39) we would have been better off going to a restaurant. At least we would have been fed.

Bottomless brunch at Cardiff was not worth the £38 that then turned in to £42 each. To start with the positive our waitress was amazing, very friendly, quick & efficient.
The drinks were ok but not great but the food was absolutely awful. Wasn’t enough to feed a bird. I’ve been to numerous brunches in Cardiff & have always felt I’ve had value for money. We were informed that portions were small & to order extra fries if we were hungry. I paid £3 for a portion of around 6-7 fries. Don’t wast your money, go elsewhere & get value for money. Definitely won’t be returning.

Arrived to have a meal with 8 other people. Ordered drinks first then a meal. Meals arrived promptly but no drinks. Asked waitress numerous times about the drinks but was told that the bar staff were very busy/slow. Well the drinks did eventually arrive after one hour after we had all finished the meals. Totally unacceptable.

We booked for bottomless brunch at the York restaurant and it wasn’t the best bottomless brunch I’ve been to, in fact probably the worst. The cocktails were tasteless and the Prosecco wasn’t great. Being a large group we didn’t get many drinks. I had around 3. Although the drinks were pretty crap The food was really tasty. Only downside to the food was having to pay extra for chips to go with the burger which I found odd. It definitely wasn’t worth £32.50 as probably could have booked for a meal and had a few drinks for less money. I wouldn’t recommend this place for bottomless brunch but would for food.

My favourite place to eat. I have been coming to Las iguanas trafford centre throughout my mat leave starting when I was 9 months pregnant. The staff were super friendly and helpful when I was pregnant and now when i go with my baby they always find me a suitable table for the pram. They go above and beyond and are the kindest staff!

Service was so poor 15 minutes for a drink then the food you order doesn’t come wast of money and time

Me and my friends visited the Watford branch. Our server Seth was brilliant, very interactive and attentive. Fab service!!

Las Iguanas Gunwarf Portsmouth. Went for a bottomless brunch the service was so slow we barely managed to get 5 drinks per person so not exactly bottomless. When they tried to offer another drink said no due to how long it took them to bring the drinks. Service was so slow it was depressing. The tripple taco taxi can barely be called a meal. And to top it off they tried to charge us nearly £13 in service charges. WHAT SERVICE. Waiter walked past multiple times without checking on our table. Very unproffesional. I left the place hungry sober and robbed. Food was nice what little they gave me. Would never return.

We wanted to sit outside and were told to use the app, extremely unpersonal. The app was not working very well and we had to go in and ask for a menu. When it finally worked you are supposed to give a tip when you order your food. Why would we, no one looked after us. We both ordered the salad. That is under the main dishes and costs £13.50. The butternut cubes are tiny. It could actually be a side salad. It felt like a complete rip off and we went to Weatherspoons after that because it was so unsatisfying. In December the portions were definitely much bigger. And they also forgot my friend's wine. She had to go and ask for it.

Shockingly expensive and bland food. Had chicken wing starters which were bland. The mixed grills we had for mains were mega overpriced and so bland. Steak was cheap and horrible, the chicken was burnt, chips stale and even the corn was over done.

Why chiquitos shut for this I’ll never know.

Called in for lunch. Sign on desk with a long list of what wasn't available!!! Apparently no delivery and two fryers were broke. Food was good, curry wasn't fiery though, burger didn't have bacon so ordered another burger without bacon! I think the two staff were overworked, so service could off been better. 2 for 1 cocktails were good.
