Been a fan since 2008, recently bought straight from Canada. To my dismay quality has gone downhill. Poor quality, panties fraying. I’m never buying anything from them again unfortunately.

If there's zero star, i will choose ZERO!!! I ordered clearance panties, because of the discounted price. Esp 5 for $20.. Turned out, they refunded some items (due to out of stock), i ended having 1 panty for $3.99 plus tax and shipping, ending... $17.32 for 1 panty?! Ridiculous! They should've refunded all of the items. I wasted money on this SCAM website!!!
UPDATE: okay, they responded in my quiry and refunded almost half of the $17.32. Not bad. That means it's not a scam website but not so good with their inventory and website.

Do not purchase anything online from this store. Sizes have changed and even with pictures and measurements showing this to the 15 different customer service ppl you deal with they will not accept your return or refund you and will give you the run around on every email.

Unfortunately its a fake website, I submitted my order to lasenza Germany, I never received any confirmation email, on the website, it’s processed, then they blocked me, i can’t get access to the website, simply i lost 96€

I made an order on the website, 6 items were ordered, and payment was taken for all the items, but in the end only three of the 6 items arrived, I waited two weeks because I thought that if the money was taken for all the items, then the rest would come later, but nothing happened, only after I contacted customer support, they wrote to me that we took money from you only for three items, I provided them with proof that no, the money was taken for all 6 items. In the end, I paid a lot of money for delivery and did not receive the entire order. If I had known that all the items were not in stock, I would not have made the order. The money for the undelivered items was returned, but only after my request!!!
Manipulative sales tactics
The sales reps at brick and mortar locations smother you and try to force you into signing up for a ‘membership’ card.
I just want to shop in peace. Sure, ask if I need help once, but if I say no then leave me alone. I’ll find you if I need help.
Just today I left the change room and the sales rep followed me out saying the person at the till will sign me up for a ‘membership’ card.
She bulldozed me and spoke over me when I said I didn’t want one, and continued to say I should get one.
This is not a choice they’re offering, it’s a manipulative tactic by telling you they’ll sign you up when you pay.
Then at the till, another rep kept asking if I wanted a ‘membership’ card. I had to say no three times before she gave up.
It’s classless and off-putting behaviour.
But the blame is not on the poor sales reps, it’s on the CEO and other decision makers at the top who want to fatten numbers for the next quarter update to appease the market.
They put pressure on lower management to coach sales reps into signing up as many membership cards as possible.
Giving a one star review for a company that fosters an environment of toxic competitiveness amongst underpaid staff, and encourages them to use manipulation to sign people up for a useless membership that is designed to only benefit the company, not customers.
My review won’t cause them to change, but hopefully it will inspire customers to think more carefully about how companies are manipulating them, and not give them your hard-earned money.

I'm not sure why my items are doused in perfume. Its extremely strong smell indicates that it wasn't someone's hand cream. Someone sprayed all the items with fragrance.
I have a medical condition that is triggered by fragrances, which causes anaphylaxis. I've been severely ill at the moment because if the exposure.
Also, I don't mind not getting the other colours I ordered, but it would've nice to have someone check with me first before sending it.
Finally, the links for customer service and contact us in the original email confirmation are dead links. I only found this email on the Return Policy page on your site. I never received an email with tracking information to inform me that my order shipped.
Poor and unprofessional business practice.
Now horrendous
I used to love ordering online to the UK with no issues. However, this last year the customer services have been awful. For example- I recently ordered her number of bras and pants, however when I opened my package which came fairly quickly, it was missing a bra but I had been charged for it. I then tried to contact customer services for them to tell me that they had run out of stock. I was not happy that this has not been emailed to me as some of the pants I ordered were to match this particular bra. Then took me over five weeks to get a refund on this item. I had people ignoring my emails and not replying on the chat. I was constantly in a queue to talk to somebody but no one would ever email me when I was asked for my email for them to get back to me. I was also then told when I finally got through to somebody, that I had note on my account and the manager was in the meeting so it couldn’t be sorted at that point. This company has gone downhill and it was very stressful getting this money back to me.

I don’t know why everybody’s got so much issues with them. My delivery was literally shipped like two days after I ordered it and then it was being delivered three days after that I’ve got no complaints so honestly 10 out of 10 service

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered some items and paid for shipping but the package was returned to the sender. I contacted them and they said their system was new and being updated so lots of addresses weren't being confirmed by Canada Post and therefore, weren't able to be delivered. I just saw that they refunded me for the items but not the shipping charges! It's not my fault it had to be returned to the sender. Now I have to contact them to refund me the remaining $12 that I spent on shipping for the package and the items I never received! I'm not just going to give them money for items I never received! Such a waste of my time. I will never order from them again. Aerie is so much better!

I worked for La Senza years ago and loved the company. Something must've changed because they have the WORST service now. I ordered June 29 and today is July 22 and the items have never shipped. I called multiple times over the last 3 weeks to find out where my order is and the only thing they could tell me is that I'd have to wait 14 days to request to have my order cancelled or to see if it arrives. I think I talk to the same person every time I call - she sounds like the doziest person and could literally care less about offering any customer service. When I called today and explained that I ordered over 3 weeks ago, my order never arrived and I wanted to cancel my order, the first thing she rudely said is "we don't have the ability to cancel orders". But then she put me on hold for 5 minutes and came back and said my order failed? I will NEVER order from them again and suggest you don't either
Bad sale experience
Lasenza recently had an amazing sale and I needed to stock up on items so I decided to take advantage. My order came really fast which I was surprised about since this was such a big sale. The shipping confirmation as well as my order confirmation showed my address perfectly fine. But the day of delivery, Canada Post advised they couldn't deliver my package because the address was incomplete. I contacted Canada Post to see what the issue was, because on my end everything was included in my address. They told me they aren't able to see details, but apparently things were missing from the address and they were assuming it was the unit number. I contacted lasenza and advise them. Everything was showing up fine on my end, and the address was complete. Was nothing they could do, and they are unable to reship The package to me, but I can reorder the items. The rep then advised me I will be getting a refund in 7 to 10 business days. I decided to check in on the sixth business day to ensure my refund was coming. Upon speaking to the customer service rep, she had no idea what I was talking about because I was never added to the refund list. I was a little confused, because I didn't know I had to be added to a list as I was told by the previous rep that I was getting a refund. I was then advised, my order was getting reshipped because they figured out it was an issue with their printer, and they will be printing out all of the labels again properly. Them to do that last week and I was told this couldn't be done. I didn't really get a straight answer, but was told eventually my package would come. And she said it may come in 14 days and I may or may not get an email with the shipping confirmation.
I just feel like I am constantly getting conflicting information, and to be honest I don't even know what's happening with my order. I would have preferred to get a refund and take my business elsewhere and it comes across as though the reps don't even know what's going on.

I am very disappointed in their services . My order was placed June 24, it’s now July 8th. La senza customer service told me to wait until the 17th . That is over three and a half weeks for an order before I could even get a refund. What has happened to this business? It is just getting worser. So unhappy .

I am never purchasing from them again, and I advise anyone to do the same. I never bother writting comments, but just can't believe how bad this company is in service and customer service. I tried ordering an item, but since it was "low stock" they come back to me 2-3 days later and canceled my order. Ok fine, I placed another ... Excited to get my order, open the bag... well, suprise!!! Not at all what I've ordered, not the correct size, color, don't even understant how they could even figure out that it was not the right stuff going into the bag... Customer Care? What customer care?
I had an issue with La Senza’s website that had cancelled an order I had made. I was notified “we’re sorry, we were not able to process your order and your order was cancelled. Please try again later.” So I waited and reordered.
THEN, I was notified later that day that indeed both of my orders had been processed. I sent an email immediately to customer service if I could please cancel one of the duplicate orders as I did not need two, and notified them of the issue when ordering on their website.
I received one reply from customer service, in which I replied and provided all necessary information that they required. No responses. I waited and sent another email asking about my request to please cancel one of the duplicate orders. Still, no reply.
Then, both of my orders had shipped. I had contacted customer service and was told I would have to return one of the orders. Once I received both orders, I emailed for a return label. I was notified that they do not provide return labels, and that the return cost would be UP TO ME to absorb even though the error was in THEIR website and THEIR “customer care” department for their negligence.
The return cost alone would cost me quite a lot, and not worth it in my opinion! I am just disgusted that a clothing company does not provide return labels for fast, easy, and convenient returns for their customer’s ease, and since you think they’d actually WANT customers coming back!?
LA SENZA Takes Your Money But Does Not Send Your Order
Never purchase from this company. It has gone downhill over the years. I did not receive my package in the mail, they took over 3 months to investigate and I did NOT receive a refund. This was over $100. This company has no customer service care, accountability or moral business practices.
Horrible costumer service!
What a waste of time
What a waste of time. I spent days trying to cash out on my cart and the website would not bring me to the payment method page. After reaching out to their customer service, Abigail told me they were experiencing issues and to change my browser, clear caches and go in cognito. After doing all of that, it still didn’t work. Waited another day and did it all again, nothing worked . Waited in the queue to get Abigail again who told me to wait 24 hours to 5 business days, knowing full well their sale would end before that time. So provided zero solutions to a problem that was on their end this whole time.
