Pésimas. 4 gafas rotas sin ser golpeadas y cuidandolas. De repente saltan y se rompen por el mismo lugar. Decepcionante.

Complete scam. Order never arrived after 1 month, got my money back. Avoid like the plague.

On 24/08/2025 I registered with Polaroid eyewear and received a 15% discount code. Made my purchase of two pairs of glasses and applied the discount code.
The discount code didn't work and I was charged full price.
Straight away I contacted Polaroid via email as there no telephone number to explain and ask for a refund of 15%.
After many emails where I consistently told them that I had applied the discount code they
informed me that I didn't apply the discount code!!!
Also, that I can use the code for a further purchase.
Obviously I will not ever make another purchase as the offer of 15% discount has not been honoured.

Worst customer service ever!
My order has never arrived.
4 emails no answer. 1 last warning and finally an answer telling me that my order arrived at another place.
Too bad, it has returned instead.

Una stella solo perchè zero non me lo fa mettere.Occhiali da vista molto scadenti ,fatti male rotti due volte in 10 giorni.

Sunglasses appear as 'delivered' and order as 'fulfilled' neither is true. No one to communicate with. No customer service only a bot on their website. I looked at the shipment details. on the 11th of June it says returned to sender. Now it says delivered . Not clear why all it says is 'exception'. Then it appears as delivered to an address in Italy.

My glasses were not delivered (even though they required a signature). They claim that they were and said I needed to do my own investigation. Customer service did not provide any guidance on how to get reimbursed or fill a complaint. I delt directly with UPS that confirmed the failure to deliver and after several weeks I was reimbursed but they failed to respond to any communication.

Ho acquistato un paio di occhiali da sole PLD 7050/S attirata dagli sconti (ho pagato 32€ con spedizione gratuita). Ho effettuato l'ordine sabato 7/6 e ricevuto giovedì 12/6, tramite corriere UPS. Era disponibile il tracking. L'ordine è arrivato integro: il pacco era costituito da una scatola di cartone rivestita da un involucro di plastica. All'interno del pacco ho trovato gli occhiali con relativa custodia rigida e una custodia morbida che funge anche da panno. È stata anche omaggiata una custodia impermeabile per smartphone, brandizzata polaroid. Mi ritengo soddisfatta dell'acquisto. Aggiungerei una sezione "contatti" sul sito e la possibilità di pagare con paypal.

I am concerned after my mum ordered £50 sunglasses on 1st June which have not been despatched or delivered. The only way to contact Polaroid is via a portal on their website and there was no confirmation that this has been received or commitment to respond within a certain timeframe. We have bought from this website successfully in previous years but nonetheless we feel worried about the radio silence from them.

I bought from this company, but the glasses were delivered to an address in Italy, not my address.

Replies to their email are returned as undelivered.

There is no other way of contacting them.

Do not buy from this scam website.

How can this be a valid company - when the contact address is a “no reply” address .. I’ve obviously been scammed by ordering with them - as on “shop” tracking bit states “order delivered” and no such thing .. sadly upset

I have made a puchase on the website and it has been 3 weeks my purchased item is still showing as being in a Italian warehouse.

This fake website is sending out what looks like a real UPS tracking order, to it is a obvious scam at this point.

I returned two pairs of ssunglasses and only received one refund payment. I have sent various emails asking for help & have just been sent rubbish answers. DO NOT BUY FROM POLAROID!!!!!

Very bad quality glasses, after less than 1 year coating or foil is losening. Sended complaint to factory in Italy , they replied : f...o...

I bought a pair of sunglasses and after 3 weeks they were useless. The film on the lenses had peeled off and looked like they were scratched. Since they were used by the sea i think that it might have been the saltwater. We usually wash our sunglasses every day with tap water and have never experienced something like this.
Polaroid dismissed our claim saying that we probably did something with the sunglasses. And that was that. 80 Euros down the drain.
Will never trust a brand like that. Next time i will buy a trusted brand.

Poor quality and after only 5 weeks the edges of the lenses started to distort. I would just buy a trusted long lasting brand like rayban

Scam website that is nothing to do with Polaroid.

Ordered sunglasses for a trip. They failed to deliver in the promised time so I had to travel without them. It took them 15 days to even dispatch the order, despite delivery promise of 4-9 days.

Communications were overall poor. I had to chase them for order delivery confirmation. Upon which they informed me that they would not dispatch until after my departure date, despite purchased express delivery.

When asked to cancel the order they refused to do so. Despite these items not yet being dispatched. Now I have the extra hassle of having to arrange return shipment.

Overall a terrible company to deal with.
