Got an item that wasnt like it was advertised. Had to wait more than a week and waiting and i just went to return the package and had to pay a fee of 50 euros!! Absolutely outrageous

Ware defekt. Unternehmen weigerr sich eind deutsche rücksendeadresse anzugeben. Schlkmmer chinakistenschubser. Schert sich nchts um ie deutschen gesetze. FINGER WEG. NICJTS KAUGEN. MACHT NUR ÄRGER UND KOSTEN

Prix intéressants, mais qualité décevante.

Commandé 2 produits : une batterie électronique, et un piano numérique 88 touches
Sur les deux produits de la marque de l'ensemble, la qualité est passable. Par contre les échantillons sonores sont à la traine.
Pour la batterie, encore ca passe. Mais pour le piano, on est sur un modèle enfant ! Celui de mes enfants (Casio 25 touches) a d'ailleurs une bien meilleure sonorité!

Bref, évidement, les frais de ports de retour sont à votre charge... Sauf qu'il faut retourner en Allemagne ! Le tarif est donc dissuasif (60 euros pour retourner un piano qui coute 130, la blague) ...
Le service client y gagnerait à prendre en charge ce retour, ou proposer une contribution, vu qu'ils ont des tarifs transporteurs, cela ne leur coute presque rien ...
Les autres enseignes proposent le retour gratuit, ou contribution (moins de 10 euros).

Tant pis, vous perdez un client, et vous gagnez une mauvaise image avec un mauvais commentaire. Vous ne vous rendez pas service vous-même.

Je me tournerais dorénavant vers les autres boutiques connues, plus sérieuses !

I made an impulse buy on the 88keu white piano and stool and when reading reviews after the purchase, I paniced with 80% negative reviews, however, when the piano arrived, it came within a week of purchase, with all parts working, I'm not sure how it will go in the future but it is a pretty good piano for now.

Predatory, shit company. I hope they go out of business. Trash ads. Trash product. Trash company.

Ich habe zum ersten Mal bei Donner bestellt: ein ePiano. Es funktioniert einwandfrei und ist genauso wie auf der Website beschrieben. Den Artikel habe ich eine Woche nach Bestellung erhalten. Ich habe per Email eine Frage an den Kundenservice gestellt. Dieser hat mir sehr freundlich und ausführlich nach zwei Tagen geantwortet. Ich bin überaus zufrieden mit dem Unternehmen sowie mit dem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis des Instruments. Seit Erhalt des Pianos spiele ich es jeden Tag und bin sehr glücklich mit dem Kauf. Klare Weiterempfehlung. Ich würde dort wieder bestellen.

compré un piano en está página, anulé el pedido el mismo día, y no realizaron la anulación, me lo enviaron, el sonido pésimo, quise hacer la devolución y no dan más que problemas.
He conseguido que me devuelvan el importe del piano. Por fin! pero no os imagináis la cantidad de correos que tuve que mandar. Ha sido un verdadero calvario.

Absolutely do not buy from this company.
I purchased a £500 keyboard. Which when it arrived was faulty parts were cracked. When we tried to put it together (before spotting a damaged pieced) the stand was so wobbly it would never hold the weight of the keyboard) mdf not solid wood.
I requested a refund and return. They only offered 20% and told me to keep the product.
It took around a month for them to accept it back. It was returned originally purchased 15th December 2025. I have had a 4 month ordeal for them to give the money back. And only just had the refund.
Many are complaining about the quality of the stand. If you read the warranty it is rendered useless because they added what is not covered damage through the transportation which makes it difficult to claim money back.
Luckily I got my money back but only after about 50 emails exchanged.
The one piece was clearly damaged in the manufacture process.
I lost the protection fee thank god that was on £10.67.

I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole. 500 quid and 4 months wait for a refund. And they were refusing to cooperate with the disputed transaction after they had the item back.

Das Klavier kam zwar recht schnell an und hat auch schön geklungen, allerdings war direkt eine Taste defekt. Ich habe den Kundenservice kontaktiert und eine Rücksendung gefordert. Man bekommt nicht direkt ein Rücksende Label wie normalerweise, sondern muss erst förmlich darum betteln. Zuerst wurde längere Zeit nicht geantwortet. Erst, als ich Druck gemacht habe und mit einem Anwalt gedroht habe wurde dann geantwortet. Allerdings wurde zuerst Richtung Teil-Rückerstattung gedrängt und von der Rücksendung abgelenkt. Nach erneutem Druck, Drohen mit einem Rücktritt vom Kaufvertrag und etlichen Mails habe ich dann endlich ein Rücksende-Label bekommen.

I ordered a piano for my daughter's birthday. However, Donner was on holiday for the Chinese New Year for 2 weeks. Once the Chinese New Year was over, I received an email apologising and a plan on when the piano would arrive. I was happy with the plan and the piano arrived. My family are now enjoying the piano. Thank you for your communication throughout my transaction.

Encomendei no dia 27/02 um Donner DEP-1S Digital Piano Kit com o X-Stand × 1 e um banco X-Stool. Recebi o banco a 5/02. O Kit do Piano não estava na encomenda, a qual recebi separadamente no dia 06/02. O material parece cumprir, tudo funcional e parece adequado e resistente o suficiente para aprendizagem do meu filho de 6 anos. À parte da entrega da DHL ter sido fraca, sem aviso prévio e depósito num ponto de recolha quando era suposto entregar em casa, nada a dizer quanto à DONNER que cumpriu.

Truly a garbage company with the crappiest customer service. $950 piano was delivered broken and haven’t heard back from them for almost two weeks.

Very happy with my purchase! I am a beginner and finding the right quality product was important - to get it right from the start. Well, I am in love with this digital piano 😍 the sound, the size, the looks - all 110%. Delivery to Malta was quick and without any issues. Piano came well packaged for a long distance travel and I am all happy with my experience 😊

(Uk) Ordered a DDP200 Pro Saturday and it had arrived by Tuesday. Impressed considering the experience shared by others. Great piano, well made and easy put together, quite heavy when assembling but solid for use. One tiny criticism, I had an email confirming the order and shipping immediately. However the courier hadn’t collected it at that point. So order seemed in limbo for a day, caused a little unnecessary confusion.

Donner Music is a horrible scam company. They need better customer service and won't process returns. Should rebrand the company as Donner Family Music

J’ai passé une commande SP000624136 Donner Music France le 31.01.26.
Le piano que j’avais commandé n’a jamais été expédié, alors que le casque est arrivé seul.
Le service client est quasiment injoignable et ne donne aucune solution. Ils disent contacter le transporteur sous 3 jours ouvrés pour régler le problème, hors il est indiqué que le piano n'a jamais été expédié donc le problème ne vient pas du transporteur. 2 semaines plus tard, aucune solution, et désormais un mail pour prévenir de l'absence du service client pendant 2 semaines pour cause “Nouvel An chinois”. Quelle incidence puisque j'ai contacté le service client français ? Et que le piano est senscé être expédié d'un entrepôt allemand comme indiqué sur le suivi DPD..

J’ai demandé remboursement ou expédition immédiate, mais aucune action concrète n’a été faite.

Actuellement en contact avec la DGCCRF pour récupérer mon argent, je ne peux que vous déconseiller fortement d'acheter sur Donner Music France.

Avoid! Zero stars if that was an option.

Complete shambles to order, mix ups with payments, cancelled orders but no sight of refund, yet automated emails about preparing for despatch despite cancelling orders!

Quick to grab your money, unlikely to send your purchase. No customer service, cannot be contacted. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered an upper-tier digital piano and added a bench to my order as a bundle. There was no indication these items would be delivered separately. After a week of waiting for the bench following the piano delivery, I had to contact customer support multiple times to try and figure out where the bench was. They directed me to the shipper, who directed me back to Donner. After three total weeks the bench arrived. I went to register my purchase and my account seems to have been deleted - likely because I left a one star review which doesn't appear to align with the cherrypicked four and five star reviews on their website.

Piano quality is okay. The audio sample on the website is way better than reality, but quality could be worse. I appreciate the weighted keys.

Would not recommend.
