Product malfunctioned; poor customer service.

I have been trying to get a refund or return from this company for a couple of weeks now with little progress. There are two problems:
1, The product (CV-2) was of inferior quality with a noisy wireless microphone connection unsuitable for audio production use.
2. The product simply failed after a few days. The receiver wouldn't charge.
In their first response, Donner offered me $10 to keep the product (its initial price was $99). I declined that offer and asked for a refund or replacement. It has so far agreed to neither.

Waste of money please don’t buy this…

Waste of money please don’t buy this junk. I paid over $1000 for piano what I got is a just a junk . They don’t refund your money they make you cry and then you will give up. If you can’t afford good products like Yamaha or Casio or… just buy used brand name but don’t buy from Donner. They are just Scammers with ties and suits.that was my order #12425SP0005 from Donner scammer.

Where is my guitar

I bought a guitar from DonnerMusic last week, and they shipped a different one from what I wanted.

Two or three days after I emailed them, a customer service agent responded and told me to refuse delivery, and they'd send the right one. After I refused the delivery from UPS earlier this week, however, Donner has gone radio silent, so now they have my money and the guitar, and I have no replacement. I'm out nearly $400. Furthermore, their customer service number (1-571-370-5977) does not work. I also tried to reach them via Facebook, Twitter and, on a whim, I tried calling their listed customer service numbers in the UK and Canada -- neither worked. The number they list in Canada is a plastic surgeon.

Donner, I'm starting to think you're not a legit company. Please prove me wrong. This is not the first guitar or purchase I've made from you.

What's going on, Donner? You're losing a good customer.

Also, take a look at the review history here on Trustpilot. In the beginning, they were responding on this site to people with customer service problems. However, after around 2021, they just started ignoring people here. What is going on with this company? You are making all Chinese sellers look bad.

Horrific

Horrific. I’m starting to think this whole thing is a complete scam. I spent £450 on a piano on the 25th of October and since then they have been radio silent. No information regarding delivery, Zero response from customer service. Honestly I’m so disappointed.

Terrible in every way possible

One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Bought the djp-1000 and even though it is a budget guitar these guys are claiming these hold up against epiphone and even Gibson which is hilarious as they are so far away from even being close to epiphone never mind Gibson.

Guitar wouldn’t stay in tune for even a few minute. My guitar tech told me needs a full set up and even then might be quite a poor guitar.

They look ok but the list of issues I’m having with this guitar is shocking.

Customer service are terrible, I’ve asked to return it and they asked me to send a video to show what’s wrong with it. All I want to do is return it because it’s a terrible product.

Shame on them for getting all these YouTubers to talk up these terrible guitars and convince poor people looking for a good affordable guitar to buy them.

Stay away, words can’t describe how bad my experience has been with them.

When I unboxed the Hush-X that I…

When I unboxed the Hush-X that I received. I found the Top E string is loose. Try to install following the instructions but it was cut too short. I bought a new string and try to install but the locking at the headstock was not tightening and tuning peg was turning and never tighten the string. Sent multiple photo, videos but no resolution. This is supposed to be a travel guitar that I’ll be taking with me for a 3-months overseas trip starting on September 15th. I have been dealing via emails with support for the last 8 days. I want return label for shipping the defective guitar back and a refund.my money back

Faulty hush guitar, cant have a replacement

Bought a Hush X guitar that came with a fault in that makes impossible to assembly the guitar brakets for support, making the guitar pretty useless. I have sent 3 emails now and no answer. The number provided on the website DOES NOT WORK, this company is a SCAM, HORRIBLE INEXISTENT COSTUMER SERVICE, they'll rip you off of your money and then you wont replace the product cuz you wont hear from them. STAY AWAY, I'm not letting them getting away with it and am taking further steps to resolve the situation. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

This is an UPDATE hoping others whose piano broke will read this! During the 2 year warranty DONNER is great. They just send you a new piano! But after the 2 years, you are on your own! First, don't ditch your broken piano, you can FIX IT! It is mostly labor intensive of taking out a million screws, cleaning it(& wow! it is a dirt,dust,pet hair MAGNET!)KEEP YOUR PIANO COVERED BTW! Anyway once you get the top off you can start cleaning, dust is the enemy of digital pianos! You will also need a tube of white lithium grease which can order from anywhere. You will see under the cover the keys which any not working you'll need to remove,clean & re-grease. Some each key you remove individually,some in groups.(you'll need a butter knife to pry keys out!)any broken u can buy new ones cheaply! Also there are rubbery silicon pads, check for tears. You'll see where you need the grease at the back of keys & front. 99.9% of the time that is it! It will cost $10 for the grease,nothing for your labor. Use a magnetic tray for the 85 screws! It could take 3 or 4 hours but you'll think you got a new piano! I have fixed 3 of them that had "loud" keys & non working keys. If you got the wood look console piano with the sliding cover, that protects really well & if it gets any Knicks or scratches, grab a black or brown marker & touch up! Works great! YouTube has many videos how to do the repairs. Hope this helped someone.

The Donner Club Customer Service

The Donner Club that supplies ukuleles to Walmart and is advertised on the Walmart website has the worst customer service I have ever encountered.They are just
pathetic and would not provide what they advertised in the ad on the Walmart website.They did not respond at all to numerous emails and when they did,it was days,not hours and appeared they had not even read the message I sent. I became totally dissatisfied and returned the Donner ukulele to Walmart and received a full credit.What a disgraceful customer service department!!!

Robe Ipanima sur Showroomprivé

J'ai commandé une robe Ipanima sur Showroomprivé. Le prix magasin est indiqué 80 EUR vendu avec une belle remise à 25 euros. On imagine donc recevoir une robe de belle qualité. Mais pas du tout! Quelle déception ! Showroom privée vend des produits chinois pas chers (genre Shein ou Aliexpress à 5 euros) en les présentant comme des grandes marques !

ZERO STARS

If I could give zero stars, I would. Total scammers selling faulty products. They gave me the runaround and dragged the refund process out for 2 months. They even lied and said they refunded it, before telling me I needed to go through my credit card (cc company refused to help). Never did receive anything - and stopped responding to my emails. Their phone line is down or disconnected, or maybe they blocked my number - whatever the reason, they can’t be reached by phone.

Have reported them to the FTC.
Buyer beware!!!

Doesn’t deserve ANY stars!

If I could give a zero star I absolutely would. I wish I saw these reviews before I bought a $500+ piano from them! The piano itself is beautiful but it was a Christmas (2023) gift for our boys and once we opened it and put it together a piece of the wood on the bottom was damaged during shipping & the first TEN keys do not work at all. I have emailed about 8 times, filled out multiple help requests on their site, called and waited for hrs on hold and here it is a month later & I have NEVER received any communication back! To say they are unprofessional and crooks is an understatement. They should not be allowed to be in business.

DONNER HUSH I GUITAR IS AWFUL. SAME WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bought a Christmas present at end of Oct. Donner hush I guitar for my daughter’s Christmas. Less than a few hours after the box is opened on Christmas Day, the tuning knobs make the strings buzz and string snaps. Daughter has 3 other guitars so she knows what she’s doing. Contacted Donner customer service who took wks to answer them offered £50 for new set of strings but nothing to resolve buzzing so declined this offer and said this is not suitable resolution. Been ignored since then. Awful company. Regardless of which name they choose to call themselves. Please folks, do not waste your money. I paid £239 for this guitar and every single penny was a waste of money. It’s Jan 18th 2024 and this guitar was opened December 25th 2023 and the company have stopped responding both via email and instagram. Appalling products and customer service. Never again. Will leave bad reviews on every site i can re this company. They should not be in business at all. UPDATED 17:21 FRI 19/01/24 Since posting original review early this morning, I have been told I will receive a full refund. We will see if it goes into my account.

Hush-1 guitar with Arena…Nightmare So Far!

I ordered a Hush-1 guitar with Arena 2000 deal for Christmas. Received the guitar in a beat up box and when I opened it I found a battery already in the guitar, parts missing and an email from someone else who bought the guitar and found it to be defective and sent it back. The Donner people did not even bother to open the returned box. They just slapped a shipping label on and sent it to me.
I immediately contacted Donner and sent the requested pictures and asked for a refund/return for the whole package. That was December 22nd. Now, over 3 weeks later and many frustrating conversations with their customer service I still have nothing. Customer service just apologizes and blames it on the Logistics department, and keeps assuring me I will get my refund in a few days. I’ve asked to speak to managers, higher ups, the “Logistics department” and keep getting told it’s not possible and to just keep waiting. Why should any refund take this long???
Absolutely horrible experience so far!! Hoping Donner gives me back my $469.59 soon. Bad enough they ruined Christmas.
*UPDATE - got an email from Donner few days ago offering a replacement Hush-1. I notified them that I already bought the Hush-X while waiting for my refund and would like the refund and not another guitar. Have not heard back as of yet. Who knows, took over a month for first response.
Also, seems like Donner customer services out of service. When you call there for the past several weeks, either just goes dead or gets a busy signal.

THIS IS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AND MY OPINION TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ANSWER EMAILS 4 DAYS LATER (IF AT ALL).

SHIPPED IN THIN CARDBOARD AND GUITAR WAS DESTROYED WHEN DELIVERED TO MY DOOR! THAT SAME THIN CARDBOARD HAD 20 PIECES OF OLD TAPE ALL AROUND IT FROM PREVIOUS USES. THEY DIDN'T EVEN USE A NEW BOX FOR MY PURCHASE (HAVE MULTIPLE PICS).

THEY ALSO USE VERY LOW QUALITY HARDWARE ON THEIR GUITARS. I KNOW THEY ARE LOW BUDGET GUITARS - BUT STAY AWAY FROM: DONNER GUITARS / ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS PERIOD!!!
