Wir haben uns die sehr schön und schlicht designten Pfeffer/Salz Mühlen Spænding gekauft und sind damit sehr zufrieden. Bei einem Problem hat der Kundenservice sehr schnell, freundlich und kulant geholfen.

Ich habe vor ein paar Monaten ein elektrische Mühlen Set gekauft, die toll designed sind, eine -sehr angenehme- Soft Touch Oberfläche haben und perfekt funktionieren. Diese Soft Touch Oberfläche in weiß hat allerdings einen Nachteil: bestimmte Lebensmittel/-farben können Flecken hinterlassen. In meinem Fall war es Kernöl. Sieht am Esstisch nicht gerade schön aus. Also hab ich den Kundendienst kontaktiert- und innerhalb von 24 Stunden hatten wir eine für mich passende Lösung. Top Kundendienst, volle Weiterempfehlung meinerseits für das Produkt und den Kundenservice!!!

I’ve recently had to deal with Larsnysom because of a defective salt \pepper mill. I can honestly say that this experience has restored my faith in customer service. They are, without a doubt, the best company I’ve dealt with for years re customer service and I can’t recommend them highly enough. I’ll definitely be purchasing more of their products in the future - thank you - absolutely incredible customer service!

Leider ist bei meiner Pfeffermühle das Mahlwerk ausgebrochen. Dies hatte ich bei Lars Nißom gemeldet. Der Schriftwechsel und die Bearbeitung der Reklamation war vorbildlich. Mir wurden sogar zwei neue Mühlen im Austausch geschickt. Das war mehr als großzügig.

Aparte que la taza térmica me parece espectacular en diseño, tacto y mantenimiento de temperatura, el servicio de atención al cliente es excelso. Tratan de ayudar en todo lo posible y hasta que no lo consiguen no paran. Excelente empresa.

They listened, understood, and resolved everything quickly. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I was given a lovely lars nysom bread box for my birthday recently but there was a slight fault with it. I contacted their customer service dept and was extremely impressed with their rapid, helpful and most courteous response. Within a few days I had a perfect replacement box in my kitchen, sent top speed from Germany! This was the customer service one always hopes for: friendly, proactive and with a quick, satisfactory conclusion. I shall be buying more items from them in future.

Customer service is exceptional! I ordered a salt and pepper set and these were faulty. After contacting customer services a new set was sent the same week. They replied very quickly to my emails and were incredibly helpful. The new set works perfectly and looks gorgeous.

Ho acquistato il set di macina sale e pepe di questa giovane azienda e ne sono rimasto davvero colpito. Il design è minimalista ma elegante, perfetto per dare un tocco moderno alla cucina. Sono prodotti semplici da usare, molto funzionali e con una macinatura davvero efficace.

Avevo riscontrato un piccolo problema iniziale, ma il servizio clienti è stato impeccabile: rapidissimi, gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Davvero raro trovare un’attenzione così!

One of the best companies I have ever dealt with, such great customer service! I live in the UK and bought a salt and pepper grinder, but after more than a year of using the product the pepper grinder was not working. I contacted customer support and they immediately sent me a new replacement despite being out of warranty. I never knew such great customer service still existed, I was so happy the package arrived in like two days of contacting the company. Very beautiful products, great quality and excellent customer service!

We had a problem with our 1 year old salt mill.
One mail and they immediately replied with excuses and a few days later we had a complete new pepper and salt mill set. No need to return the old ones. Great service

Purchase rechargeable salt and pepper mills via Amazon UK. One mill would not charge correctly. Connected Lars Nysom through the Amazon link and was very quickly sent a working replacement. Customer service was quick, efficient, polite and exemplary.

Received a new complete salt pepper set today. Glass “sleeve” had broken on pepper grinder and as product nearly two years old had emailed to purchase replacement part . Response was so prompt and polite and total replacement or refund offered.First class customer service. Thank you

My pepper grinder stopped working (I reckon I lost the spring when re filling) so I asked the Company if they could replace just that. Instead I have received a new box set salt and pepper grinder, so I can not thanks them enough for their excellent quick and friendly service.

Ich hatte einen kleinen Defekt an einer Salzmühle. Diese ist Teil eines Sets bestehend aus jeweils 1 elektrischen Salz- und Pfeffermühle inkl. Ladestation.
Ich habe den Kundenservice kontaktiert und den Defekt beschrieben. Antwort am selben Tag! Nachdem ich ein Foto von dem Defekt eingeschickt hatte, habe ich von Lars Nysøm wenige Tage später ein komplett neues Set erhalten... kostenlos! Wirklich ganz toller, freundlicher und schneller Support.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
