My pepper grinder broke after 2 years of use. I was extremely impressed by Lars Nysom’s swift resolution of the issue.

Bei LARS NYSØM arbeiten ganz offensichtlich sehr kompetente und freundliche Mitarbeiter, denn bei einem Produkt-Defekt wurde mir umgehend eine schnelle Lösung angeboten. Zudem sind die Produkte wirklich sehr gut designed und sind optisch sowie haptisch von höchster Güte: Sie heben sich stark ab vom Einheitsbrei und sind dennoch preislich attraktiv.

I absolutely love my rechargeable salt and pepper grinder set. When I contacted customer service about an issue with my salt grinder, they responded straight away and sent a replacement that arrived within just three days. Really impressive service!

I received a beautiful set of Lars NYSØM salt and pepper grinders as a gift, but unfortunately the pepper grinder released the pepper unexpectedly, I thought it was an adjustment problem and asked Lars nysom for a video to correct it. Instead they sent me a whose new set. Their quality control is beyond expectations. This is a product you should offer to loved ones as a gift and cherish for yourself. Thank you LARS NYSOM!

Ich hatte zuvor Kaffeetassen von verschiedenen Anbietern gekauft. Durch die Hitze platzten sie jedoch immer wieder und alles wurde nass. Bis ich diese Tasse von Lars Nysom entdeckte. Ich benutze sie den ganzen Tag, sowohl im Büro als auch zu Hause. Sie hält den Kaffee super heiß. Als sie einmal anfing zu lecken, schrieb ich Lars Nysom eine E-Mail und sie waren so nett, mir einen neuen Deckel zu schicken. Ich bin wirklich begeistert von ihrem hervorragenden Service. Vielen Dank nochmal!

I’ve been using my Lars Nysom mug daily and love it. It’s really perfect for my daily usage and stylish.
Also the customer service is perfect and really striving for customer satisfaction. Not only did they reply quickly, but they also replaced the whole mug free of charge. It’s rare to find such a generous and customer-oriented brand. Five stars well deserved!

Het mechanisme van onze pepermolen, een paar jaar oud, was afgebroken. Na melding van dit euvel, mochten wij binnen een week een nieuwe set ontvangen.

I was gifted a set of LARS NYSOM salt and pepper shakers for my birthday in February 2025. They’ve worked beautifully until this week. The one I use for pepper will not charge. I have researched and tried all the recommendations without success. I have, also, tried to find a way to contact LARS NYSOM for assistance without success. I’m hoping someone will help with proper contact info.

I have had the best experience with Lars. The after sales were excellent and there products are excellent quality. I highly recommend this company 👌

Ich habe einen Dichtungsring von meinem Deckel verloren. Von dieser unfassbar guten Thermotasse, auf Nachfrage hat man mir Ersatz. Völlig unentgeltlich, obwohl ich eine bezahle angeboten habe, zugesendet, so macht Service extrem viel Spaß.

Ich liebe mein Thermobecher, von alle die ich probiert hab ist der der praktischste. Er sieht schick aus, passt perfekt in hand, unten hat er die anti-rutsch gummi so er hält auch perfekt, und mein Tee bleibt laaaaaang warm. Leider ist die Farbe nach paar monaten ganztäglicher Benutzung abgegangen, was hat aber die Firma innerhalb 3 Tagen gelöst-und ein neues Becher geschickt. Also ich bin zufrieden.

Ho comprato una tazza(mug) ed ho avuto problemi con il tappo di chiusura, ho contattato il servizio clienti chiedendo la sostituzione del tappo e loro senza pensarci un'attimo mi hanno proposto la spedizione di una nuova tazza arrivata per altro in soli due giorni! Molto efficienti e cortesi. Fantastici veramente consigliati! Le tazze mantengono il calore per molte ore.

Ich hatte eine Reklamation wegen einer defekten Pfeffermühle.
Völlig unkompliziert und super schnell bekam ich kostenlosen Ersatz.
Zudem eine sehr freundliche Korrespondenz.

So far so satisfied. The product is very useful, but unfortunately 1 funktion doesn't work properly, so i decided to look after the support if we can solve the problem. Without a struggle they helped my solving my problem, so easily 5 stars!

Amazing service! Product did not arrive in mint condition but in no time the customer service reached out and send me a new one! Great company!
