Ich habe zu Weihnachten ein Set bestehend aus zwei Mühlen bekommen, die ich sehr gerne habe! Die Produkte sind wirklich schön, sehr hochwertig und vor allem auch funktionell.

Leider wurde eine der beiden Mühlen nach einem halben Jahr kaputt. Der Kundenservice hat mir sehr schnell weitergeholfen und direkt ein neues Set zugesendet. Und das, obwohl ich nichtmal eine Bestellnummer oder sonstigen Nachweis über den Kauf hatte (es war ja ein Geschenk)!

I bought two sets, each with two mills inside or at least that’s what the page description said. I received only one set and immediately got in touch with the seller about the second set. They responded same day, asked for patience to clarify and within maybe 3 days got back with apologies and said they’d shipped a complimentary set. All went smooth, polite, and friendly. Thank you! I didn’t use the product yet, so can’t comment on its quality. First impression overall is very good - tasteful design, everything matches its description, and the product itself looks like a good gift idea. I will consider buying other products from this seller.

I absolutely love this coffee mug! I have been using it for the past year almost every day. The mug that feels comfortable in the hand, and the strap is surprisingly practical when I am carrying other things.
What really made me even happier was the amazing customer service from Lars Nysom. A few weeks ago, I unfortunately lost the silicone plug from the lid, which caused the mug to start leaking. I contacted customer service to ask if I could order a replacement lid, because I saw them on the website but they were all sold out. To my surprise, they offered me a free replacement lid. After I confirmed my shipping address, I received it within just a few days.
I was genuinely impressed and grateful. It is rare to find a product you enjoy so much, combined with such kind and helpful customer support. Thanks to them, I can continue enjoying my morning coffee without any problems. Highly recommended!

My pepper grinder broke after 2 years of use. I was extremely impressed by Lars Nysom’s swift resolution of the issue.

Die Stärke von Händlern zeigt sich immer genau dann, wenn Probleme entstehen, den verkaufen/versenden kann jeder. Bei LARS NYSØM arbeiten ganz offensichtlich sehr kompetente und freundliche Mitarbeiter, denn bei einem Produkt-Defekt wurde mir umgehend eine schnelle Lösung angeboten. Zudem sind die Produkte wirklich sehr gut designed und sind optisch sowie haptisch von höchster Güte: Sie heben sich stark ab vom Einheitsbrei und sind dennoch preislich attraktiv.

I’ve been using my Lars Nysom mug daily and love it. It’s really perfect for my daily usage and stylish.
Also the customer service is perfect and really striving for customer satisfaction. Not only did they reply quickly, but they also replaced the whole mug free of charge. It’s rare to find such a generous and customer-oriented brand. Five stars well deserved!
