Placed an order for a bottle of Retinol B3, arrived on time but when I opened the package I found the product box opened and the bottle half way out of it and unsealed too...bought it especially from La Roche Posay because I thought it would be a standard procedure to send any products sealed but the lady from the customer service I spoke to said that some products were sealed and others not...really? Surely it should be common practice and you know then that the product you are putting on your face hasn't been tempered with. I could have bought it from amazon or eBay but wanted the reassurance that the product was genuine and sealed so bought it straight from La Roche Posay, pretty disappointing.

This is the worst website/checkout experience I have ever had on a website. It will not let me buy the products...BIG ISSUE if they want to make money??? I tried checking out as a guest, I signed up and made an account and still couldn't check out. Every time I pressed confirm order it just refreshed the page and I had to type my addresses in over and over again. When I tried to add my addresses on my account, it kept saying my mobile number was invalid also when it definitely isn't. I have never written a review before but it's a joke not to be able to make a purchase because the website doesn't work. Seems like many other people have had the same issue too. I was already having a bad day, this just tops it all off - SORT IT OUT.

I ordered 50$ worth of cosmetics only for it to be sent to the wrong address, I know for a fact that I used the right address because It needed my billing address as well so I had to put it in 3 times, The costumer service is horrible I have to wait days before getting someone to help me with my order. DO NOT ORDER HERE.

The company is heavily moderating the product negative reviews. Cant be trusted!

I have been buying their products for several years but am never using their website again; it's a total shambles. Yesterday, I encountered the same problem as last when I couldn't pass 'go'. Nothing is recognised when it comes to address or any other details and you're given no instructions to move on or solve anything. What a shambles! Additonally, their customer service team seem disinterested, probably disrupting their chatty tea party ! I did email them to complain politely suggesting their IT team re-design their website to make it workable and efficient. My advice is to steer well clear.

Non existent customer service. My online order is taking ages to arrive and at this point I'm concerned it has been lost. Attempted to contact la Roche - no reply. Will not order again.

I legit ordered 200$ worth of products for them to tell me “ oh some products are out of stock” so how the heck was I able to order it then? mind you I didnt eveb receive my order, I just called them after reading the reviews and I told the lady to make sure all my products are there she said oh everything is packaged and ready to go, 5 mins later she’s telling me oh some of the items are missing because they’re out of stock. Never again

when have received my order from them i was disappointed.
with my order i received a different gift not what i selected.
I tried to contact them by email and on twitter.
Its been a few days since and i never got a reply or explanation or solution.

Placed an order and immediately went to cancel as I found the brand to not be cruelty free. After 30 minutes waiting in the live chat I was told that it was too late to cancel my order and have to reach out for a refund once the items arrive. After reading some other reviews I don't think that would be very straight forward.

I am one of the customers duped by La Roche-Posay Black Friday "free offer". After making the £45 required purchase for a free gift worth £25, which I didn't get, I contacted LRP to inquire why? I was told they have ran out and that it was based on "availability". Yet even this morning, there was still the same black Friday offer being advertised on LRP's Website in BIG BOLD letters!

LRP greed for profits exploits customers by luring them into a falsehood of offers that they had no intention of fulfilling!

Received an email with a promotion ahead of Black friday stating 30% discount on products and free offer of 2 products. On the email the code to apply on checkout for having the discount was the SAME to received the products on offer. Made the order 20/11/2021 applied the code, the discount of 30% was applied but couldn't choose which offer I wanted. Sent an email to customer services saying what happened on checkout and advising the offer I would prefer. Received an answer 3 days later saying if I was not happy with the products I receive to return them. Received the order and of course no offers included. Contacted today the customer services and they keep saying when I ordered there were no offer products available on stock hence I did not receive them, however this morning I received another email advertising the Black friday promotion with all the offers there again!!. This is misleading customers, making them buy for nothing. Called c.services again who say I used the wrong code for the offers, I explained more than once that I made the order 1 week in advance of black friday and had only one code to use and could send a snapshot of the email to prove it. They kept saying they apologise but couldn't do anything. This is not how you treat and keep customers. Its the 3rd time I don't receive a sample or offer. 1st time I just accepted the fact but this time was completely unfair as I followed their own procedures. Besides answering that if i'm not happy I can returned them, having to pay for the return is just not acceptable. C. services say it is a free return however the Return note specifically says they will not refund for returning the goods. And they asked me if I received a "Thank you card" which I did not. I am usually tolerant with mistakes but this time I feel cheated and not respected. Not buying La Roche Posay again !

I made a complaint about a La Roche Posayproduct. The dispenser stopped working when the container was still half full. I supplied photographs as requested and was assured I would hear in 2 working days. A week later…. Silence
Rubbish customer service. They have lost a customer.

Messaged them on Facebook asking about an offer that didn’t work. Got an initial reply which didn’t make sense so I replied, still no response from them even after chasing it up.
Okay product, but poor customer service!

I like the cream they offer for dry skin. It is really good.

DO NOT BUY!!!!! I purchased La Roche Posay Anthelios Suncream 50+ to use on my children whilst on holiday. The cream has left bright yellow greasy scum on the waterline around our pool and ruined many items of swimwear, towels and swim accessories by also making them bright yellow. I shudder to think what it does to the skin if this is what happens to everything else it touches. AWFUL PRODUCT. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Oh my god. Please just don’t bother. I was waiting for one whole month for a refund and every time I’d ask for an update the staff made empty promises saying I’ll hear back by x date. It doesn’t take that long to count a few items in a box lol? They made promises they couldn’t keep! The ONLY REASON I got a refund is because I emailed a load of people from last roche (CFO, finance people, random account managers) and only then they finally gave me a refund. If you find yourself dealing with Emmanuel or Parwana - good luck! (I’m sure they’re nice people but professionally are very questionable). Additionally, if you do find yourself in the same position as myself - email people of power there and just rant - it kicks the customer service team and makes them work. I mean not be a negative Nancy but when you’re waiting for a £2k refund, it’s not nice.

Stay sane, stay healthy and stay away from these guys. Awful.

I placed an order online on 10th June 2021 and received part of my order a week later. The main item and the most expensive remains undelivered 13th August 2021

Despite several emails sent requesting my product I have only received the following La Roche email standard response - 3 separate times:

Thank you so much for your continued patience with us here with the customer care team.

We have not forgotten you, we are currently awaiting an update on your case from our relevant team.

They are just clarifying a few more bits of information before we provide you with a resolution on your case.

Terrible customer service , they take your money but don’t deliver them. Then they act like they don’t know anything about it. Total disgrace.

The worst customer service and delivering system I have ever experienced. I’ve been buying their products for years on CVS and lately on Amazon. Now that I bought straight from their website I not only never received the product at my house, but I also received a message from UPS informing me that I had to pick up the product myself at a CVS store. And at the store, I was told there was nothing there for me. And when I called their customer service, they told me the only thing they could do for me was to start an investigation that would take 7 days. This company has a lot to learn about online sales! And they should definitely review their policies about fixing problems like the one I had. It is a bit to clear that customer satisfaction is not their priority :(

Awful company and customer service. Never order from their website. I ordered several items and got my order email. Weeks later still no dispatch email and on my LRP account it didnt have my order. After contacting customer services on email, phone, social media and whatsapp I was told my order had been lost. Customer services refused to answer any queries & told to wait for emails from 'another department'. They refused to give me my shipping email, they refused to give me my tracking number, they refused to tell me which courier had lost my order, they refused to answer why my order was not listed on my LRP account. They are still refusing to refund me. Awful company, do not order!!!
